The MINISTER of the environment and protection of land and sea in consultation with the Minister of agricultural food and forestry policies having regard to act August 5, 1981, # 593 ratifying the Convention on the conservation of European Wildlife and natural habitats, with attachments, adopted in Bern on September 19, 1979, and in particular art. 11.2. b which requires the Contracting Parties to strictly control the introduction of non-native species; View the February 14, 1994, law No. 124, ratifying the Convention on biological diversity, signed in Rio de Janeiro on June 5, 1992, and in particular art. 8 (h) requiring each Contracting Party, as far as possible and as appropriate, to prevent, control or eradication of alien species that threaten ecosystems, habitats or species; Having regard to law No 157, February 11, 1992 and subsequent amendments and additions, laying down standards for the protection of wildlife (Natura2000) and for hunting». Having regard to law No 116 of 204 11 August conversione in legge, con modificazioni, del decreto-legge June 24, 2014, n. 91, bearing urgent provisions for agriculture, environmental protection and energy efficiency of school and University buildings, the revival and development of enterprises, the containment of costs imposed on electricity tariffs, as well as for the definition of requirements arising from European legislation (Official Journal General series n. 192 of August 20, 2014-ordinary supplement n. 72), and in particular art. 285, paragraph 12 amending art. 2 February 11, 1992, law n. 157, by inserting after paragraph 2 as follows: "2-bis. Cons. Nature, 27, Min. Environment-INFS, 2007), for the reintroduction and repopulation of native species listed in Annex D of the Decree of the President of the Republic of March 12, 2003, # 120, and the species in annex I to Directive 2009/147/EC, where you indicate which may be deemed to be parautoctone those animal and plant species which, although not originating in Italian territory There are intentional or unintentional direct intervention to KEP-man – and so naturalized in a historical period (before 1500 ad), or that have been introduced and naturalized in other countries before 1500 ad and are subsequently arrived in Italy through expansion of natural phenomena; Heard the higher Institute for environmental protection and research (ISPRA);
Decrees: Art. 1 Definitions 1. For the purposes of this Decree, the following definitions are adopted: a native or indigenous Species): species occurs naturally in a specific geographical area where it originated or received without direct intervention-intentional or unintentional-of man;
b) allochthonous Species (Synonyms: exotic, alien): species that does not belong to the wildlife or plants native to a given geographical area, but that it's time for direct intervention-intentional or unintentional-of man;
c) parautoctona Species: animal or plant species which, although not native to a given geographical area, there's time for direct action-intentional or unintentional-of man and thus naturalised before 1500 ad. They also considered parautoctone introduced species and naturalized in other locations before 1500 ad and subsequently spread through natural phenomena of diffusion and dispersion.
