The Inspector General CHIEF financial relations with the European Union having regard to law no 183, April 16, 1987 on the coordination of policies regarding membership of Italy at the European communities and the adaptation of domestic law to Community legislation; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic December 29, 1988, n. 568 and subsequent additions and modifications concerning the regulation on organization and administrative procedures of the Revolving Fund referred to in law No. 183/1987; Visto l'art. February 6, 1996 law 56, n. 52, concerning provisions for the fulfilment of the obligations arising from Italy's membership of the European Communities (Community Law 1994); Having regard to Act May 17, 1999, n. 144, which, under art. 3, involved the transfer of technical and financial management tasks already entrusted to the CIPE, authorities, official for this area; Having regard to the CIPE n. 141 of August 6, 1999, concerning the reorganization of responsibilities of CIPE, who moved to the Treasury, budget and economic planning determining, in consultation with the relevant authorities, the national quota of programmes, projects and other initiatives cofinanced by the European Union; Having regard to the Decree of the Minister of the Treasury, budget and economic planning May 15, 2000 on the allocation of quotas to national cofinancing borne of law no 183/1987 for Community policy interventions, which established a dedicated working group at the Department of State accounting-I.G.R.U.E.; Having regard to the CIPE n. 89 of August 4, 2000 on comprehensive guidelines for the intervention of the Revolving Fund for the implementation of Community policies, as referred to in law no 183/1987, in favour of programmes, projects and actions-financing with the European Union; Given that the National Research Council (CNR) carried out activities part-financed by the European Union under the 6th and 7th framework programme of the European Community for research, technological development and demonstration, to whose decisions No 1513/2002 and no 1982/2006 of the European Parliament and the Council, which pertains to closed projects in 2011 a national part of euro 2,087,143.00; Having regard to the note # 0027023 of November 20, 2014, by which the Ministry of education, University and Research Ministry vigilante on CNR, has required the intervention of revolving fund referred to in law No. 183/1987 in the amount of euro 1,461,000.00 partially covering the aforementioned national burden; Having regard to the findings of the Working Group at the Department of State accounting-I.G.R.U.E., referred to the Decree of the Minister of the Treasury May 15, 2000, at its meeting held on December 15, 2014;
Decrees: 1. The national public co-financing charged to the Revolving Fund referred to in law No. 183/1987), for the activities of the National Research Council (CNR) carried out under the seventh framework programme of the European Community and for research, technological development and demonstration, it is equal to € 1,461,000.00 by way of partial coverage of the national burden of closed projects in 2011. 2. Payments are made in accordance with the terms provided by law on the basis of requests made, usually through telematics, by the Ministry of education, University and Research-Department of higher education and Research-Directorate General for promotion and enhancement of research, responsible for all controls instructors preparatory to disbursements. 3. In the event of a refund, for any reason, the European Commission, the Ministry resource you turn to return to the Revolving Fund of the corresponding national share already dispensed. 4. this Decree shall be transmitted to the Court of Auditors for recording and subsequently published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
