Meanwhile, EU legislation has undergone an update of which must be taken into account because the EC Regulation 1234/2007 of the Council, the single CMO, it was replaced by the European Parliament and Council Regulation No 1308/2013 and Commission decision 2001/468/EC on the authorisation of the pig carcass classification methods in Italy, it was replaced by the current Commission implementing Decision 2014/38/EU. It is useful, therefore, to update the procedures which must be followed by the parties concerned to comply with its obligations under EU and national provisions, including art. 27 June 4, 2010, law # 96 (Community Law 2009) that, in this regard, he expected specific sanctions. In the case of animals raised on their own or in agistment, the quantities slaughtered must be added on a weekly basis to those in the same category and class. It is recalled that in the communication has to be shown, for each class, the sum of the amounts and the number of animals, as well as the weighted average price of all purchases downloads. To make easy the procedures to be followed are some examples in annex 3. Using the method of classifying ZP as regards the use of the method of classifying ZP, please refer to the circular of April 10, 2014, # 2420, published in Official Gazette No 102 of May 5, 2014. This circular repeals the circular of 1 St February 2011, # 832. Annex 4 replaces the annex to circular of April 10, 2014, # 2420.
