On January 23, 2015 it was issued the Decree of the Minister of Justice in consultation with the Ministers of defence and of the economy and finance, on the allocation to the Ministry of defence for institutional purposes of light weapons and ammunition materials subjected to confiscation, in accordance with art. 319 of the code of military order.
