Inc. " and "Seminis Vegetable Seeds Italy s.r.l." was transferred to the company "Monsanto Agricoltura Italy s.p.a"; Considered that with the 10-08-2011 # 17864 Mipaaf note was requested the change responsible for keeping in purity for the variety of marrow called Janus, SIAN 2436 and code, erronearnente, it's been shown in the aforementioned ministerial Decree No 21408 October 10, 2011; Considered therefore the need to amend the Ministerial Decree 214 of October 10, 2011 and, in particular, the table in article only;
