The ACCOUNTANT-GENERAL of the Ministry of economy and finance in consultation with the head of the ISPETTORATO CENTRALE repressione frodi and quality protection of agri-food products of the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies having regard to law no 689 November 24, 1981, concerning changes to the criminal justice system; Visto l'art. 20, first paragraph of the Decree of the President of the Republic July 29, 1982, no. 571, according to which the amount due for each request for revision of analysis of samples in accordance with the second paragraph of art. 15 of the aforementioned law. 689/1981, it is updated annually in an amount equal to the index of consumer price change for families of workers and employees that occurred during the previous year and ensured by Istat; Having regard to the Decree of the Ministry of economy and finance December 18, 2013 issued in consultation with the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies, with which the amount was set at euro 122.45; Given that the predicted variation index came back to the year 2013 amounting to 1.1%; Considered it necessary to update the same percentage the amount of euro 122.45 specified above;
Decreta: from the first day of the month following the publication of this Decree in the Official Gazette the amount payable for each request for revision of analysis of samples, to the competent tesoreria provinciale dello Stato ai sensi dell'art. 15 November 24, 1981, law no 689, is determined in euro 123.80.
