The HEAD of the CIVIL PROTECTION DEPARTMENT Viewed the art. February 24, 1992, 5 of the Law # 225; Visto l'art. Features: Art. 1 1. The resources allocated by resolution of the Council of Ministers of September 30, 2014 pertaining to the events referred to in the preamble, equal to euro 1,365,600.00 are transferred on a special accounting # 5705, open according to art. 2 of the Ordinance of the Chief of the Civil Protection Department # 7 of June 10, 2012. 2. The identification of these delivery policy resources to companies that have sustained damage to stocks and mobile equipment productive activities as a result of exceptional weather events that have affected the region Marche from 1 St to March 6, 2011, provides the Council of Marche region a provision in accordance with the criteria established in art. 1, paragraph 346 of the Act December 27, 2013, # 147. 3. The Director of infrastructure, transportation and energy of the Marche region, in the context of the duties performed in the implementation of the Ordinance of the Chief of the Civil Protection Department # 116 of September 20, 2013, is responsible for the management of administrative procedures leading to the granting of contributions referred to in paragraph 2, and its disbursements, also using, no new or additional burden on public finances , regional organisational structures. 4. Stays put the reporting requirements laid down in art. 5, comma 5-bis of law No. 225 of 1992. This Ordinance will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
