The Director-General of health care having regard to the request in November 13, 2014 date by which the company Water Sangemini S.p.A. with registered office in Milan, via Inverigo, 2, asked to be able to bring back Ancient Umbrian Springs natural mineral water labels-Fabia, Acquasparta (Terni), in addition to the particulars already authorized, the particulars relating to the feeding of infants; Having examined the documents produced; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of January 14, 1972, n. 1193, authorizing the sale of the Ancient Umbrian Springs bottled water-Fabia, Acquasparta (Terni); Given the managerial Decree June 8, 1999, n. 3175-104 with which it has been confirmed the recognition of that mineral water and, for the labels it was authorized the following wording: "can have diuretic effects"; Having regard to the Legislative Decree of October 8, 2011, # 176, implementing directive 2009/54/EC on the exploitation and marketing of natural mineral waters; Having regard to the ministerial order of November 12, 1992, n. 542, as amended by Ministerial Decree of December 29, 2003; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree Health-Attivita ' produttive September 11, 2003; Having regard to the opinion of the third Section of the High Council of health expressed at its meeting of December 16, 2014; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, n. 165;
Decrees: Art. 1 1) on labels of natural mineral water Ancient Umbrian Sources-Fabia, Acquasparta (Terni), conditioning without the addition of carbon dioxide, according to art. 12 of legislative decree October 8, 2011, # 176, it can be reported, in addition to the particulars already authorized, including the following: "breastfeeding is preferable in cases where this is not possible, this mineral water can be used for food preparation of infants". This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic. Copy of this Decree will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the applicant and the competent regional bodies.
