The DIRECTOR-GENERAL of rural development having regard to act November 25, 1971, n. 1096, regulating the seed activities and in particular articles 19 and 24 providing for the establishment, for each crop species, registers of varieties intended to permit identification of the variety; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic October 8, 1973, # 1065 bearing the regulation implementing law November 25, 1971, # 1096; Having regard to law no April 20, 1976. 195, concerning amendments and additions to the law November 25, 1971, # 1096, discipline of seed activity; Having regard to the Decree-Law February 15, 2007, n. 10, converted, with amendments, in the law of April 6, 2007, # 46, and in particular art. 2-bis which replaces art. 19-bis of law No. 1096/71 and with whom it is planned the establishment, at the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies, the national register of conservation varieties, as defined by the article. 2-bis; Having regard to the Legislative Decree of December 30, 2010, n. 267, published in the Gazzetta ufficiale della Repubblica italiana of February 11, 2011, bearing ' implementing directive 2009/145/EC concerning certain derogations for acceptance of vegetable landraces and varieties traditionally grown in particular localities and regions and threatened by genetic erosion, as well as horticultural varieties with no intrinsic value for commercial production but developed for growing under particular conditions for the marketing of seed of those landraces and varieties as '; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree dated September 18, 2012, published in the Gazzetta ufficiale della Repubblica italiana of December 10, 2012, application provisions of Legislative Decree No December 30, 2010 267, for what concerns the procedure for admission to the national register of varieties of vegetable species from preservation and variety of vegetable species with no intrinsic value and developed for growing under particular conditions; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165, laying down general rules on the sort of labour employed in public administration, in particular art. 4, paragraphs 1 and 2 and art. 16, paragraph 1; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. 300, government organization reform in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997, law # 59; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic February 14, 2012, # 41, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica Italiana n. 89 of April 16, 2012 concerning the organisational regulations of the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies; Having regard to the order of the Minister of agricultural food and forestry policies of February 13, 2014, registered at the Court of Auditors concerning identification of executive offices of non-General level; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of October 20, 2014 «a conservation variety of onion to its national register»; Considered the necessity of having to proceed with the review of the aforementioned decree October 20, 2014;
Decrees: Art. 1 art. 3, paragraph 2, of the Ministerial Decree of October 20, 2014 «a conservation variety of onion to its national register ", published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana no 257 of November 5, 2014, the word ' rice ' and ' be replaced by the word ' onion. '
