Decrees: Ms Anita Zervou, honorary consular Agent in Syros (Greece), in addition to fulfilling the General duties of defending national interests and citizens ' security, exercises consular functions limited to: a receive and send material to the Embassy of Italy) in Athens of civil status documents received from local authorities, by Italian citizens or by national or foreign vessels or aircraft commanders;
b) receiving and transmitting material to the Embassy of Italy in Athens of the declarations concerning marital status by the captains of ships and aircraft, or witnesses;
c) receiving and transmitting material to the Embassy of Italy in Athens of Testaments formats on board ships and aircraft by Italian citizens;
d) receiving and transmitting material to the Embassy of Italy in Athens of the acts depend on the opening of succession of Italian citizens or which can be called Italian citizens;
e) enactment of conservation acts which do not involve the disposition of assets of Italian citizens in matters of succession, shipwreck or sinister air, must inform promptly the Embassy of Italy in Athens;
f) reception and transmission to the Embassy of Italy in Athens of applications for inclusion in the electoral registry lists and Italy submitted by citizens who reside in the judicial district of honorary consular office;
g) receiving and transmitting material to the Embassy of Italy in Athens, responsible for every decision, acts in the area of pensions;
h) authentic signatures on administrative acts to Italian citizens, in cases provided for by law;
s) delivery of certifications issued by the Embassy of Italy in Athens;
j) signing off and legalizations, only in the cases provided for in the law;
k) reception and transmission material to the Embassy of Italy in Athens of documentation related to the issuing of passports of citizens who reside in the judicial district of honorary consular office; direct delivery to holders of passports issued by the Consular Department and return to the Embassy of Italy in Athens delivery receipts;
l) receiving and transmitting to the Embassy of Italy in Athens of documentation concerning requests for the issuance of the emergency travel document-ETD-presented by Italian citizens and citizens of EU Member States, after capturing the complaint of loss or theft of your passport or other travel document and after appropriate checks, provided for under art. 71 of the Decree of the President of the Republic December 28, 2000, n. 445, on the veracity of the affidavits referred to in articles 46 and 47 of the aforementioned Decree of the President of the Republic; delivery of the ETD, issued by the Embassy, valid for a single trip to the Member State of which the applicant is a citizen, to the country of permanent residence or, in exceptional cases, to another destination;
m) reception and transmission to the Embassy of Italy in Athens of documentation concerning requests for the issuance of identity cards presented by Italian citizens resident in the constituency of honorary consular office after appropriate controls, provided in accordance with art. 71 of the Decree of the President of the Republic December 28, 2000, n. 445, on the veracity of the affidavits referred to in articles 46 and 47 of the aforementioned Decree of the President of the Republic; direct delivery i.d. holders, issued by the Consular Department of the Embassy of Italy in Athens and return material of cards signed by them;
n) reception and transmission to the Embassy of Italy in Athens of documentation related to requests for entry visa;
temporary assistance to needy countrymen or o) difficulties and carrying out investigative activities for the granting of subsidies or loans with promise of restitution to the Treasury by the Embassy of Italy in Athens;
p) transactions required by legislation depending on the arrival and departure of a ship, and held their national registers;
q) service of documents to Italian citizens resident in the constituency of the honorary office, giving communication of the outcome of the same to the competent Italian authorities and, for information, to the Embassy of Italy in Athens;
r) held the register of citizens and the signatures of local authorities.
This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
