The MINISTER of economy and finance Saw the art. 117 of the Constitution; Having regard to law no August 23, 1988. 400, establishing a discipline of government activity and sorting of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic March 8, 1999, # 275 on a regulation establishing rules regarding autonomy of educational institutions, in accordance with art. 21 March 15, 1997, law # 59; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic March 15, 2010, # 87 concerning the reorganization of vocational schools, rendered in art. 64, paragraph 4, of Decree-Law No 112 June 25, 2008, converted, with amendments, by law August 6, 2008, # 133, with which the new vocational education systems were structured into two sections and six addresses; See in particular article 8, paragraph 4, point c), of the Decree of the President of the Republic No. 87 of 2010, which, for the application of art. 5, paragraph 3, point b), in order to allow vocational schools a chance to articulate in options to address areas correspond to the needs of the territory and the training needs expressed by the world of work and occupations, provides for the adoption of a decree of the Minister for education, University and research, in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance After consulting the Conference State-regions and autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano, with whom they are fixed scopes, criteria and methods for defining additional joints of areas of specialization in a limited number of options included in a national list; See also annex D of Decree of the President of the Republic No. 87 of 2010, with which it was determined the table of confluence of paths of vocational schools in force according to the previous sorting in the paths for new laws; Having regard to the Decree of the Minister for education, University and research, in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance, of April 24, 2012, recorded at the Court of Auditors on June 13, 2012, Reg. 8, Folio 162, with whom I've defined scopes, criteria and modalities for the further articulation of the address areas of locations of vocational schools in a limited number of options and it was also established the national list of additional joints of address areas in options; Visto l'art. 2, paragraph 2, of the aforementioned ministerial decree April 24, 2012 that provides for the possibility of a national list periodically updated to match new training needs expressed by world economic and productive; Since the table D annexed to the Decree of the President of the Republic No. 87 of 2010, predicted the confluence of previous education of «marble» in «Technical industrial and commercial Productions-articulation crafts»; Found that came from local authorities as well as instances of social partners organisations working in the field of «marble», which highlights the need to structure a course of instruction which takes as reference the specific training needs of the sector, also in view of technological innovation, applications and methods necessary to production processes in the field; Given that the production processes of the supply chain of the marble is manifested in distinct operating segments for which different skills are required and, in particular, innovation-oriented technological skills of methods and machinery for the stage of excavation (related to industrial process) and skills to design, manufacture and marketing of the product (refer to the artisan process); Having acknowledged that, at present, the location of the new Ordinances address vocational education ' industrial production and craft»-joint «crafts»-does not assure a correspondence in terms of time framework, frameworks, learning outcomes and competences in relation to the training needs expressed by the sector; Considered that a study group was established within the Department for education of the Ministry of education, University and research and made up of representatives of the same Ministry, local authorities and industry experts, examined the technical profile of the proposed establishment of a ' further articulation» «address industrial and commercial Productions» checking the feasibility of a specific optional path for the marble industry taking into account the provisions of Annex A to the Interministerial Decree April 24, 2012, which locates the scopes, criteria and modalities for the establishment of the options; Given that, based on the assessments emerged, the aforementioned group of study found, also with reference to a market needs analysis corresponding to the requested sector, the need for a professional profile for which conditions are soft skills and crafts sector of both the industry and address ' industrial and commercial Productions ' and that felt appropriate identification of a further breakdown of the address area that provides expertise to the job profile in question and , in compliance with the criteria set out in Annex A of the Interministerial Decree April 24, 2012, in particular as regards the "consistency with the relevant reference in the production chains and national territorial contexts affected by technological innovation processes, organization and management of services» and «coherence of competences in response with the cultural reference address», he found his natural correspondence within the address ' industrial and commercial Productions '; Considered in the light of the above, to structure a training course that meets the training needs expressed by the world of work and ensure appropriate preparation for the marble industry; Acquired the required favourable opinion of the Conference State-regions and autonomous provinces referred to in Legislative Decree of August 28, 1997, # 281, expressed at its meeting of August 5, 2014.

Art. 1
Oggetto 1. For the reasons mentioned above and pursuant to article 5, paragraph 3, point b) and article 8, paragraph 4, point c), of the Decree of the President of the Republic March 15, 2010, n. 87, annex B to the Decree of the Minister for education, University and research, in consultation with the Minister of economy and Finance of April 24, 2012 on the national list of additional joints of address areas of locations of vocational schools in options, it is integrated with the inclusion of the option «cultivation and processing of stone materials» in «industrial and commercial Productions», according to the profile and the corresponding time framework given in annex 1 and annex 2 to these regulations, which form an integral part thereof.
