The Decree-Law November 11, 2014, # 165, bearing: "urgent measures of correction to recent rules on reclaiming and securing of contaminated sites and financial measures relating to territorial authorities.», has not been passed into law within 60 days after its publication, in the official journal-General series-# 262 of November 11, 2014.
We inform you that, with effect from December 29, 2014, the provisions of that decree-law have been adopted by art. 1, paragraphs 550 and 551, December 23, 2014, law n. 190 (Disposizioni per la formazione del bilancio dello Stato-annual and multiannual stability law 2015), published in the ordinary supplement to the Official Gazette # 99/L-General series-n. 300 of December 29, 2014.
