The MINISTER of ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers December 5, 2013, # 158, embodying the organisational regulations of the Ministry of economic development, for the responsibilities of supervision of cooperative; Having regard to the Decree-Law No 95 July 6, 2012, converted into law August 7, 2012, # 135; Having regard to the request of January 8, 2014, being submitted to this supervisory authority on January 30, 2014, with which the Confederation of Italian cooperatives has asked that the company ' Workers associated services-societa ' cooperativa sociale» is admitted to the procedure of compulsory administrative liquidation; Having regard to the findings of the representative Association's review ended on November 29, 2013, from which there is a State of insolvency of the aforementioned cooperative society; Considering that in March 5, 2014 date it was communicated, in accordance with art. 7 of law No. 241/90, the initiation of the procedure of forced liquidation to the legal representative of the cooperative, the Court of first instance and the competent territorial Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of representation; Noting that the aforementioned communication to initiate the procedure was returned to this Office marked "addressee unknown" and therefore are not submitted observations, counterclaims and documents by any person; Considered what emerges from the updated Chamber, made ex officio at the competent commercial register, in relation to corporate officers, at the registered office and the fulfilment of obligations relating to deposits; Having regard to the proposal by which the Directorate-General for the supervision of, the cooperative system and the outcome of the investigation conducted commissarial managers, calls for the adoption of the submission of the cooperative in question to the forced liquidation procedure; Visto l'art. 2545-l c.c. and deemed it necessary to have the forced liquidation of that company; Visto l'art. 198 Royal Decree March 16, 1942, # 267; Since the National Association of representation which the cooperative is snug, not proposing candidacies;
