The Director-General of health care on the basis of articles 28 and 29-ter of the rules for maritime health, approved by Royal Decree 29 September 1895, n. 636, as amended, containing provisions for granting permission to Board respectively as flight surgeon and medical board certificate for entry on the list of alternates; Given that in accordance with art. 37-bis of remembered Royal Decree 636/1895 periodic review are provided no more than five years for the renewal of the original authorization to Board as ship's doctor and the medical board certificate for entry on the list of alternates; Having regard to law no 172 November 13, 2009 laying down ' institution of the Ministry of health and increase the total number of State Secretaries of State "; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers No. 59 of February 11, 2014 on the «organisational regulations of the Ministry of health '; See the previous managerial Decree June 11, 2012 on the partial revision of the boarding as ship's doctor and certificates for entry on the list of doctors on board alternates released until December 31, 2004, although already revised by Decree March 4, 2005; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 9 September may 2014, recorded by the Court of Auditors on September 30, 2014 (fgl. 4344), which was awarded to dr. Raniero War General Director of the Directorate-General for preventive medicine of the Ministry of health; Considered that the conditions to proceed with the review of permits for boarding as ship's doctor and certificates for entry on the list of doctors on Board 1 January 2008 to December 31, 2013 issued alternate members; Having regard to the provisions contained in the triennial plan of prevention of corruption 2013-2016 adopted by this administration in January 31, 2014 date pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 14, of the law 190/2012 Decrees: Art. 1 partial revision 1. It is called the General overhaul of the boarding as ship's doctor and certificates for entry on the list of doctors on Board 1 January 2008 to December 31, 2013 issued alternate members; 2. Can participate in reviewing Board authorized physicians and physicians on board alternates enrolled even before December 31, 2004 who have not performed the five-yearly revisions issued in 2004, in 2009 and 2012.
