The HEAD of the CIVIL PROTECTION DEPARTMENT in view of article 5 of the law February 24, 1992, # 225; Having regard to article 107 of legislative decree March 31, 1998, n. 112; Having regard to the Decree-Law September 7, 2001, n. 343, converted, with amendments, by law November 9, 2001, # 401; Having regard to Decree-Law of May 15, 2012, # 59 converted, with amendments, by law, July 15, 2012 # 100; See in particular article 3, paragraph 2, the last period of the aforementioned Decree-Law No 59/2012 where it is determined that for the continuation of the interventions by the commissarial administrations still operating under law February 24, 1992, n. 225 article 5 applies, paragraph 4-ter and 4-c of the Law # 225/1992; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 1 December 2006, in which it was declared a State of emergency in connection with the great floods that occurred on days 21 and October 22, 2006 in the municipality of Salerno; Having regard to the orders of the President of the Council of Ministers # 3593 of June 12, 2007 and # 3946 of June 15, 2011; Having regard to the order of the Head of the Civil Protection Department # 64 of March 18, 2013, with which it was initiated the takeover of city of Salerno in coordination of activities necessary for the completion of the interventions to be carried out in the context of the exceptional flooding occurring consequent criticality on days 21 and October 22, 2006 in the municipality of Salerno; See in particular article 1, paragraph 5, of the aforementioned Ordinance # 64/2013, with which the Director of environment and civil protection of the city of Salerno and was allowed to provide, for the completion of planned interventions in time of emergency, with the resources available on the special accounting to the same registered for a period of eighteen months from the publication of the same order in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic; 30 July and September 10, 2014 notes views, with which the Director has represented the need to extend, for eight months, the term of validity of the special accounting described above, in order to allow the completion of ongoing initiatives; Considered that the maintenance of the aforementioned accounting special expires on September 26, 2014; Seen, therefore, the need to extend the period of validity of special accounting at issue, in order to ensure the completion, no uninterruptible power solutions, interventions aimed at overcoming the situation of criticality in the argument; In liaison with the region of Campania; In consultation with the Ministry of economy and finance;
