MINISTER OF FOREIGN AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS IN CONCERT WITH THE TREASURY MINISTER Given the postal code and the telecommunications, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic March 29, 1973, n. 156; the International Convention sight of telecommunications, adopted by the International Union of Telecommunications (ITU) in Nairobi on 6 November 1982, enforced by Law 9 May 1986, n. 149; Given the Radio Regulations (Geneva 1982, revised in 1985); Having regard to Resolution No. RR 315 of the World Administrative Radio Conference on charging of the international maritime mobile radio service; Having regard to Recommendation No. D90 / F111, points K 13 and K 19, the Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee (CCITT) for the elimination of the mobile station fees in international maritime mobile radio service and for determining the remuneration payable to the operator of said relatively Station to board connections -land; Given the Ministerial Decree of 5 June 1985 concerning the revision of coastal taxes in the international maritime mobile service, published in the Official Gazette no. 151 of 28 June 1985; Given the Ministerial Decree of 10 December 1987 concerning the revision of tariffs for international maritime mobile service and the national satellite, published in the Official Gazette no. 299 of 23 December 1987; Pending the need 'to bring the Italian tariff rules for the international maritime mobile radio service rules dictated by the ITU; Having heard the Board of Post and Telecommunications; Decrees: Art. 1. 1. 'abolished board fee for the international maritime mobile service.
