THE MINISTER FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS in cooperation with THE MINISTER FOR THE CIVIL SERVICE and THE MINISTER OF THE TREASURY Given the consolidated text of the provisions concerning the charter of civil servants, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic January 10, 1957, n. 3; The Order of the President of the Republic May 3, 1957, n. 686, laying down implementing rules of the single quoted text, as amended; The Order of the President of the Republic of 5 January 1967, n. 18; The Order of the President of the Republic December 28, 1970, n. 1077, on the adjustment of the careers of civil servants of the state; Having regard to Law 11 July 1980, n. 312, as amended, concerning the new retributivofunzionale structure of the civilian and military personnel of the State; Having regard to Law 29 March 1983, n. 93 (leggequadro the civil service); The Order of the President of the Republic December 29, 1984, n. 1219, and subsequent amendments and additions; Having regard to Legislative Decree February 3, 1993, n. 29, as subsequently amended; Having regard to Law 14 January 1994, n. 20, concerning provisions on the jurisdiction and control of the Court of Auditors; The Order of the President of the Republic May 9, 1994, n. 487 laying down the regulations on access to employment in public administration and mode 'of carrying out competitions, unique contests and other forms of employment in the public service, and subsequent amendments and additions; Given the national labor contracts of the personnel sector jobs dependent on "Ministries" in art. 3 of the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 30 December 1993, n. 593, signed on 16 May 1995; The Order of the President of the Council of Ministers of 14 October 1996 on the re-determination of the number of units of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, published in the ordinary supplement to the Official Gazette no. 23 of 29 January 1997; Having regard to Law 23 December 1996, n. 662 and in particular art. 1, paragraph 134; Having regard to Law 15 May 1997, n. 127, concerning urgent measures for the streamlining of the attivita 'administrative and procedures of decision and control; Decrees: Art. 1. In accordance with paragraph of Article 134. 1 of Law no. 662/1996, in the three years 1997-1999, the in-service Italian nationals employed by diplomatic missions and consular offices with a permanent contract will be placed in the roles of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as a result of competition, qualifications and tests, , the maximum number of fifty units' for each year, in all or part of the following professional profiles of the sixth functional qualifications, fifth, fourth and third: sixth functional qualification: a) administrative assistant; b) accountant; fifth functional qualification: a) administrative worker; b) shorthand; c) accounting management operator; fourth functional qualification: a) brother; b) drivers of special vehicles; c) mechanical driver; d) insider concierge services and housing; third functional qualification: a) driver of motor vehicles; b) stations engaged in auxiliary services and vestibules. The profiles to which will take place the entries in the role and number of the same for each profile is fixed at the time of issuance of notices of competition, also in relation to the availability 'of existing posts and administration requirements. Should some of these places have been filled should not be held for lack of suitable candidates, such authorities may be used for other profiles where there is an excess number of suitable candidates, always in the limits of the existing holidays in the profile in question.
