GOVERNMENT COMMISSIONER view the order of the President of the Council of Ministers no. 2409 dated June 28, 1995 by which the President of the regional council and 'was appointed, in accordance with art. 5 of the law 24 February 1992 n. 225, Government Commissioner for the water emergency in Sardinia; Given the order of the President of the Council of Ministers no. 2424 dated February 24, 1996, with which you have made changes and additions to the aforesaid Ordinance 2409/95; The Order of the President of the Council of Ministers of 13 December 2001 and which 'was extended, finally, the water emergency in Sardinia until the date of 31 December 2003; View the ordinance commissioner n. 198 of 9 June 2000 by which the Regional Minister of Public Works, and 'was appointed sub-government commissioner with the task of finding and proposal of the interventions of the Government of the available water resources and the planning of measures required to meet the situation of emergency; Having regard to its ordinance no. 262 of 24 October 2001 with which 'was programmed using the derivable resource volumes until the date of 28 February 2002 by Leni system; Since, the Regional Minister of Public Works - sub-government commissioner for the emergency water, with prot. n. 5535 of 26 February 2002, commu-cated: it has set up a card with the examination of the water balance of Leni system and a proposal for programming up to the date of 30 September 2002, between the various uses, the potted resources in the system; the convening, in reference to that schedule, a meeting with the management bodies and the other organizations involved; Since, with the same note cited above, the Regional Minister of Public Works delivered the consequent proposed programming of water resources available in said system; It felt obliged to provide in accordance 'with this proposal; Given that, the water balance foreseen in the period from February 1, 2002 September 30, 2002 in the water system Flumendosa-Rio Leni in Monte Arbus is as follows: Amounts in million cubic ============= ================================================== ====== volumes possessed on the 1st February 2002 .... 6.7 A inferred evaporation losses .... 0.6 A inferred minimum stock in the reservoirs at 30 September 2002 (1) 2 .... 2 Total volume derivable from February 1 to September 30, 2002 .... 3.9 (1) the minimum stock of 30 September 2002 is assessed on the basis of six-month civil needs. Order: Art.1. Provisions relating to the water system Flumendosa-Rio Leni in Monte Arbus 1. With immediate effect the total input from the board 38 Villacidro and integration for the scheme 37 S. Miali must be carried from the reservoir of M. Arbus and the Cross Cannisoni. Therefore, this schedule should be disconnected from the system Flumendosa - Campidano - Cixerri. 2.
