b) amplitude and spread within the province of the organizational structures of each Trade Union Organization (which specifically are to locate in the number of employees and employees in institutions constituted, etc.);
c) active participation and constant training and the award of contracts and collective labour agreements;
d) participation in the discussion of individual and collective labour disputes multiple; Also, it can help even the criterion of participation in the composition of bodies operating in the province, which is derived from greater public collegiate reliability ' in the province; That admission to membership of the Commission in question should also be guided by the constitutional principle of pluralism, understood as the degree of expressiveness of interests is not to be taken in connection with the numerical consistency of the subjects represented exclusively quantitative side or from the increased and more complex organizational structure, but the quality and relevance of professional collective interests at the provincial level; Nevertheless, depending on the number of members to be divided between trade unions of the category, whether to exclude organizations which do not show a sufficient degree of reliability and all those that are not already in possession of a degree of reliability is less than another trade union; The sufficient degree of reliability ' both derive from a significant number of trade union membership and/or activities with regard to each of the above criteria, assuming the concept that the protection of minority organisations can be reasonably assured only within a policy of gradual proportionality, while apart from applying a strictly mathematical relationship; Having regard to the findings of the investigative activities; Found ultimately that, on the basis of the criteria set out and captured data from Office, were most representative for the purposes of the appointments of the representatives of the category that the Commission concerned the following unions provinciali, following comparative assessment of reliability of provincial organizations specifically addressed: National Confederation of direct farmers provincial Federation of Reggio Calabria;
