The PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR of the work in Reggio Calabria having regard to act March 9, 1989, n. 88, restructuring of the I.N.P.S. and, in particular, article. 46 laying down the rules of litigation services; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic April 30, 1970, # 639 and, in particular, article. 34 as replaced by art. 44 of law No 88/1989; Having regard to the circular of the Ministry of labour and Social Security-Directorate-General for social security and social assistance no. 33/1989, prot. # 2/3PS/95876 of April 19, 1989, they were given instructions regarding the Constitution of the special commissions mentioned in art. 46 on invoked; Having regard to its Decree. 01/03 of January 13, 2003 by reconstitution of the provincial Committee of Reggio Calabria from the National Institute of social security; Considered that it is necessary to appoint four representatives of farmers, sharecroppers and colonists in the Special Committee's Special Committee, chaired by the representative of the farmers, sharecroppers and settlers within the Committee itself; Considered that the selection of associations of the category above which request the designation of their representatives for the purposes of the appointment in question, should be made on the basis of the recognition of greater reliability is at the provincial level as well as national and regional levels; Considering that selection is to be placed in relation to the total number of seats available within the Commission ricostituenda; Felt also that for the correct wording of the judgement on the degree of reliability ' of organisations should be laid down as a precautionary measure the evaluation criteria; Still, the wording of that judgment on the provincial plan must arise from the consideration of the following criteria invoked even in the jurisprudence of the Council of State, specifically in its judgment No. 191 of June 24, 1975, in view of the commendable consistency of each of them and of their effective competition: a) numbers of the subjects represented also detected based on data provided by local venue I.N.P.S.;
b) amplitude and spread within the province of the organizational structures of each Trade Union Organization (which specifically are to locate in the number of employees and employees in institutions constituted, etc.);
c) active participation and constant training and the award of contracts and collective labour agreements;

Are appointed representatives of farmers, sharecroppers and settlers, in the Special Committee of the provincial Committee of Reggio Calabria from the National Institute of social security, chaired by the representative of the farmers, sharecroppers and settlers within the Committee itself the Lords: for farmers: Mabunda Savior, born on July 19, 1933 in Marina di Gioiosa Jonica;
