The Director-General of the autonomous administration of State monopolies having regard to Legislative Decree No 496 April 14, 1948, as amended, relating to the regulation of gaming activity; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic, April 18, 1951 # 581, establishing regulations for the application and implementation of the Legislative Decree of April 14, 1948, n. 496, on the regulation of gaming activity; Visto l'art. 4 December 13, 1989, law No. 401, and subsequent amendments and additions, containing provisions on the exercise of improper betting and gaming activities and, in particular, paragraph 4-ter of article. 4 of the aforementioned law No 401 of 1989, as amended by art. 1, paragraph 539 of the Act December 23, 2005, n. 266, which States that the online gambling operators maintain the collection by telephone and telematics only if previously approved by the autonomous administration of State monopolies; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. Decrees: Art. 1

Definitions 1. For the purposes of this Decree, shall apply: a) AAMS, the Ministry of economy and finance-autonomous administration of State monopolies; b) unique code, the code that is assigned at the time of validation of the game played by the centralised system provided for by regulation, that uniquely identifies the bet; c), the taxable dealer where AAMS has assigned in concession operation and remote collection of games under art. 24, paragraph 11 (a)), b), c) of law July 7, 2009, # 88; d) contests sports predictions, predictions for June 19, 2003, Finance Minister Decree No. 179, as amended; e) forecast competition based on horse racing, the new forecast competition under art. 1, paragraph 87, December 27, 2006, law n. 296, regulated by directorial Decree May 12, 2008; f) horse racing horse racing in Tote bet international, organised jointly competent administrations with other EU States in art. 1, paragraph 293 of the Act December 30, 2004, # 311, regulated by directorial Decree March 10, 2008; g) horse racing betting formulas on the basis of national horse racing totalizator called winning, coupled, tris, quarte and quinte, issued by virtue of art. 1, paragraph 498 of December 30, 2004, # 311, and governed by its decrees of technical discipline; h) on betting events other than horse racing, tote bets on sporting events other than horse racing and on non-sporting events, by Decree of the Minister of finance August 2, 1999, n. 278, and subsequent amendments and integrations; the centralized system, the central computer system), organised by AAMS, interconnected with the system of the concessionaire, to control game and validation of play and winnings; j) garage system, multi-channel technology platform of the concessionaire, interconnected with the centralized system and the system of player, for the remote collection of game; k) winnings and/or low end rebates, payouts & refunds whose total amount is not greater than the maximum amount for which the provisions regulating financial flows and accounting related to each of the games covered by this Decree shall, with reference to the play gathered at points of sale, payment directly at the point of sale and the consequent deduction from the collection of the library , for the purpose of determining the periodic balance payable to AAMS; l) winnings and/or high end redemptions, winnings and refunds whose total amount is greater than the maximum winnings and/or repayment of low end.
