DIRECTOR FOR EXCISE autonomous administration of the State monopoly Having regard to Law 17 July 1942, n. 907, on the monopoly of salt and tobacco, as amended; Having regard to Legislative Decree 26 October 1995, n. 504, as amended and supplemented, consolidated text of the laws concerning taxes on production and consumption and related criminal and administrative sanctions; Given the Ministerial Decree of 22 February 1999, n. 67, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the regulations concerning the establishment and the regime of tax warehouses and circulation as well as 'the activities' of assessment and control of taxes on manufactured tobacco; Having regard to Legislative Decree 30 March 2001, n. 165, as amended, laying down general rules for the organization of employment by the public authorities; Having regard to Legislative Decree 24 June 2003 n. 184, laying down the implementation of Directive 2001/37 / EC concerning the manufacture, presentation and sale of tobacco products; Since its inclusion in tariffs for products subject to excise duty and its variations are governed by Article 39-quater of the aforementioned Legislative Decree 26 October 1995, n. 504, and subsequent amendments and additions, and they are made in relation to the prices requested by suppliers, according to the allocations in Table A) - cigarettes -, Table C - cigarillos - attached to the Decree of 11 January 2012 published in the Official Gazette No. . 16 of January 20, 2012, Table B) - cigars -, Table E - other smoking tobacco -, Table F) - snuff and chewing - attached to the Decree of 16 September 2011 published in the Official Gazette no. 225 of 27 September 2011, and Table D) - fine-cut tobacco intended for the rolling of cigarettes - attached to the Decree of January 9, 2012 published in the Official Gazette no. 12 of 16 January 2012; Given the instances with which the Italian Tobacco Factory Spa, the International Tobacco Agency Srl, the Yesmoke Tobacco Spa and Scandinavian Tobacco Group Italy Srl have asked to change the sale price of some brands of tobacco products; Considering that it is necessary to proceed, in accordance 'with the requests made by the Company' referred to above, pursuant to Article 39-quater of Legislative Decree 26 October 1995, n. 504, and successive modifications and integrations, the insertion variation of some brands of tobacco products in the sales price in Table A) - cigarettes - attached to the Decree of January 11, 2012 and Table D) - fine-cut tobacco intended for the rolling cigarettes - attached to the decree of January 9, 2012; Decrees: The inclusion in the sales price of tobacco products listed below of brands and 'amended as follows: | ===================== | | TABLE A - CIGARETTES |
