ABOUT
THE FORMATION OF THE TARAKAN ADMINISTRATIVE CITY

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that is connected to the rapid development and progress in the region of the Eastern Kalimantan region in general and the District of Tarakan Subdistrict in particular, it is seen as necessary to organize the governance of the region special to ensure that the demands of the development and progress are in accordance with the aspirations of the community in Tarakan District;
B. that the development and advancement of Tarakan Subdistrict has demonstrated the characteristics and nature of urban livelihood that requires coaching as well as the setting of government in particular;
c. that under the provisions of Section 72 paragraph (4) Act No. 5 of 1974 on the Principles of Governance In the Regions, the establishment of the Administrative City of Tarakan needs to be established with Government Regulation.

Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Act No. 25 of 1956 on the Establishment of the Autonomous Regions of West Kalimantan, South Kalimantan and Propinsi Kalimantan Tirnur (State Sheet of 1956 Number 65, Extra Sheet) State Number 1106);

DECIDED:

Establish: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON THE FORMATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CITY OF TARAKAN.

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Government Regulation referred to by:
a. The Region is an Autonomous Region as referred to in the Law No. 5 of 1974 on the Subjects Of Government In The Area (State Sheet Of 1974 Number 38, Additional Gazette Number 3037);
B. Administrative Region is the region as referred to in Article 72 of the paragraph (4) of the Law No. 5 of 1974 on the Subjects Of Government In The Area (State Sheet Of 1974 Number 38, Additional Gazette Number 3037);
C. The area of Tarakan District is as mentioned in the Staatsblad annex of 1938 Number 352.

BAB II
THE PURPOSE OF FORMATION

Section 2
The purpose of the establishment of the Administrative City of Tarakan is to improve the activities of the government successfully as well as quality and are the primary means for the coaching of the region and is a strong driving force for the effort. increased development rate.

BAB III
THE POSITION, FUNCTION, EXTENT, AND DIVISION OF THE REGION

Section 3
(1) The Government of the Administrative City of Tarakan is responsible to the Provincial Government of the Second Level of Bulongan.

Section 4
The Government of the Administrative City of Tarakan organizes functions as follows:

The Tarakan Administrative City Area includes:
1. Coral Village Anyar;
2. Coral Village/Rejo;
3. The Selumit Village;
4. The Secrooked Village;
5. The Village of Mount Lingkas;
6. The Village of Kampung I/SKIP;
7. Village Of Kampung Six;
8. Pamusian village;
9. The Village Recise The End;
10. Village of Kampung Four;
11. Mamburungan Village;
12. The Sea Juata Village.

Section 6
For administrative and administrative terms, the Administrative Region of Tarakan Region is divided into two districts:
a. West Tarakan District, made up of:
1. Coral Village Anyar;
2. Coral Village/Rejo;
3. The Selumit Village;
4. The Secrooked Village;
5. The Village of Mount Lingkas;
6. Juata Sea Village.
B. Eastern Tarakan District, consisting of:
1. Kampung I/SKIP;
2. Village Of Kampung Six;
3. Pamusian village;
4. Village of Kampung Four;
5. The Village Recise The End;
6. Mamburungan Village.

Section 7
The rest of the village from Tarakan District was formed into 1 (one) New District in the Bulongan Area District, namely Bunyu sub-district, with its capital based on Bunyu Island which is composed of:
1. Red Land Village;
2. Bunyu Village.

BAB IV
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Section 8
(1) The administrative center of Tarakan Administrative City is based in Tarakan Town.
(2) The West Tarakan District Government Centre is based in the Reverse/Rejo Reef.
(3) The East Tarakan District Government Centre is based in Pamusian.

Section 9
The details of the organizational structure of the Administrative City Government of Tarakan are further determined by the Minister of the Interior by paying attention to the needs and conditions as well as the situation in question, and after first gets the approval It is written by the Minister responsible for the field of management and the refinement of the state apparatus.

BAB V
THE TRANSITION PROVISION

Section 10

(2) All Regional Rules and Local Government decisions applicable to the Governing District Administration before the enactment of this Government Regulation shall remain in effect for the Government of the Territory of the Administrative City of the Republic of India. Tarakan.
(3) Problems that concern the fields of employment, finance, materials and others that arise as a result of the change in status of the region as referred to in this Government Regulation are resolved by the Regent of the Regional Head Level II Bulongan on behalf of the Governor of the East Kalimantan Regional Head Area.

BAB VI
CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 11
(1) By the enactment of this Government Regulation, the Government of Tarakan Subdistrict as referred to in the list of the Staatsblad annex of 1938 Number 352 was abolished.
(2) Things arising in the implementation of this Government Regulation, completed by the Governor of the Head of the Eastern Kalimantan Summit on behalf of the Minister of the Interior.

Article 12
The Regulation of this Government begins to apply on the date of the promulctest.
