THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

NUMBER 41 IN 1986

ABOUT THE FORMATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CITY OF KLATEN

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

TO DRAW: a. that in conjunction with the development and progress of the region of Central Java Region in general and parts of the Klaten Region II Area District as well as the district of Klaten District in particular, it is seen as necessary to set up The administration of the territory specifically to ensure that the demands of development and progress are intended to be in accordance with the aspirations of the people of the region;

b. that the development and advancement of the Klaten City District District shows the characteristics and nature of urban life, which requires coaching and setting up government specifically;

DECIDED: Establish: REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1

In this Government Regulation referred to by: 1. Area is an Autonomous Region as referred to in the Invite

1. Village of Duwet 2. Gatak village 3. Village of Maduc 4. Village Drono 5. Deas Gandirejo 6. Village of Mayungan 7. Tempursari village 8. Village of Senden 9. Village of Ngawen 10. Article 8 (1) The administrative center of the Klaten Administrative City Government is based in Klaten City. (2) The Central Klaten District Governance Centre is based in Mojayan Village. (3) The South Klaten District Government Centre is based in Jetis Village. (4) The North Klaten District Government Centre is based in Bareng Village

Lor. (5) The Kalikotes District Government Centre is based in Kalikotes Village. (6) The Ngawen District Government Centre is based in Ngawen Village. (7) The Kebon Arum District Government Centre is based in Pluneng Village.

CHAPTER IV ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Article 9

Details of the organizational structure of the Administrative City Government of Klaten were dited. Article 11

(2) All Regional Regulations and The existing Regional Head decision for the District Local Government remains in effect for the Government of the Klaten Administrative City Region as long as it has not been changed or replaced under this Government Regulation.

(3) Issues concerning the field of staffing, finance, materiel, and others arising as a result of the change in the region ' s boundaries as referred to in this Government Regulation are resolved by Bupatei Head of the Level II Region Klaten on behalf of the Governor of Central Java Regional Chief of Regions.

BAB VII

provisions CLOSING

Article 12 (1) With the enactment of this Government Regulation, District District Government
