SET: MAGELANG COUNTY COUNTY REGULATION ON TRADE PERMIT

BAB I

provisions UMUM

Article 1

In this Regional Regulation referred to by:

a. Area is Magelang County;

b. The Government of the Regency is the Government of Magelang Regency;

c. Regent is the regent of Magelang;

d. Cash Area is the Magelang County Kas District;

e. A trade is an event for a continuous sale of goods or services, with the aim of the transfer of goods or services in exchange for compensation or compensation;

f. A Company is any form of enterprise that performs any kind of continuous and continuous effort and is established, works and resides within the work area of Magelang Regency, for the purpose of acquiring profit and or profit;

g. A Trade Business License is a license to be able to execute the activities of the Trading Effort;

granted.

CHAPTER II OF THE TRADE VENTURE PERMIT

First Quarter of Classification

Section 2

(1) Any company that performs the activities of the trade business is required to have a SIUP;

(2) SIUP as referred to paragraph (1) is classified as follows:

a) Small SIUP; b) Medium SIUP;

c) Big SIUP.

Article 3

(1) Small SIU.s are required by the Company performing Trading Effort activities with

capital of the above and net wealth (netto) The company is entirely up to Rp. 200,000,000,-(two hundred million rupiah) excluding land and building venues;

(2) Medium SIUP is required by the Company that conducts Trading Effort activities with paid capital and net worth (netto) above the Rp.200,000,000,-(two

hundred million rupiah) up to Rp. 500,000,000,-(five hundred million rupiah) excluding land and building venues;

(3) Large SIUP is required by the Company that conducts Trading Business activities with

the capital of the content and net worth (netto) above Rp. 500,000,000,-(five hundred) million rupiah) excluding the land and place building.

The Second Part

Exception

Section 4

(1) The released Company has SIUP is:

a. Branch/Representative of the Company in running the Trade Effort activities using the SIUP Central Company;

b. Individual small companies that are not in the form of a Legal Body or Fellowship are either managed or managed by their owners or by hiring members of their immediate family/relatives;

Section 5

The company that conducts the trade business activities that have special or profession, permission

(1) SIUP applies during the Company in question still running the activities of the Business Trade;

Article 8

Article 9

Every Company that has had a SIUP in the term 3 (three) months from the date

published SIUP is required to register its company in the Company List as per the applicable Invite Invitation rules.

BAB III

REPORTING

Article 10

(1) The Company as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (1) of this Regional Regulation which has been

has SIUP, is required to deliver the report to the Regent or the designated Officer regarding its business activities;

(2) The Company as referred to in paragraph (1) that has had a Small SIUP to submit a report to the Regent regarding its business activities once a year selambat-

slow date 31 January the following year;

(3) Released From the obligation to submit a report as referred to as paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) for the small SIUP holding company whose capital is net worth (netto) below

Section 11

Article 12

(1) Any Company that does not conduct a Trading venture activities for 6 (six) months

in a row or closing of its Enterprise is required to report in writing to The designated regent or official is accompanied by reason of closing and returning the original SIUP;

CHAPTER IV OF THE COMPANY ' S BRANCH OPENING/REPRESENTATION

Article 13

(1) the SIUP holder company that will open the Branch Office/Corporate Representative, is required to report in writing to the Regent or the designated Officer at the Office seat

a) Photo copy SIUP Central Company; b) Image copy of Akte Notary or other evidence about the Opening of the Company Branch Office;

c) Photocard copy of the Population Card (KTP) Responsibilities of the Company Branch Office at the Office of Occupation Office Enterprise Branch;

d) Copy of the Corporate List Mark (Central Office); e) copies of SITU/HO copy of the Branch Office seat;

(3) at least 5 (5) business days from the receipt of reports and documents

as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is complete and correct, the Head of the Office noted/ register in the Company Branch/Representative Office Opening Report Book

and submit a signature, stamp stamp on the SIUP copy of the Central Company as evidence that SIUP applies also to the Branch Office/Corporate Representative.

BAB V

CHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS

Section 14

(1) The Company has SIUP if the Company changes, it is mandatory

A SIUP change request to the Regents or designated Officials no later than 3 (three) months from the time of change;

(2) The Company has SIUP if it changes in the course of the capital and the following changes to the Cloud Service. net worth (netto) is set as follows:

a. The Small SIUP Holder Company is holding a change of capital and net worth (netto) so that it becomes greater than originally but not exceeding Rp. 200,000,000,-(two

hundred million rupiah) excluding the land and place building, not required to submit

SIUP change;

b. The Small SIUP Holder Company is holding a change of capital and net worth (netto) so that it exceeds Rp. 200,000,000,-(two hundred million rupiah) excluding land and building place places, it is mandatory for submitting a small SIUP change to Medium SIUP;

c. The Small SIUP Holder Company which holds a change of capital and net worth (netto) so exceeds Rp. 500,000,000,-(five hundred million rupiah) excluding land and building place places, it is mandatory to file a Small SIUP change into a Big SIUP;

d. The SIUP Intermediate Holder Company with capital and net worth (netto) is becoming smaller than the original but not under Rp. 200,000,000,-(two hundred million rupiah) not

including ground and building place places, not mandatory for SIUP change;

e. The SIUP Medium Holder Company with capital and net worth (netto) is becoming smaller or up to Rp. 200,000,000,-(two hundred million rupiah) excluding the ground

and the building where the venture, obliged to submit a Medium SIUP Intermediate change to a Small SIUP;

f. Medium SIUP, which holds a change of capital and net worth (netto) so that it becomes greater than the original Rp. 500,000,000,-(five hundred million rupiah) not

including ground and building places, is mandatory for change SIUP Medium

being big;

g. Big SIUP Holder Company with capital and net worth (netto) becomes smaller than the original but not under Rp. 500,000,000,-(five hundred million rupiah) excluding the land and place building, it is not mandatory to submit a SIUP change;

h. Big SIUP Holder Company with capital and net worth (netto) to be smaller or up to Rp. 200,000,000,-(two hundred million rupiah) excluding land and

building places, it is mandatory to file a Great SIUP change into Small SIUP;

i. The Big SIUP Holder companies are holding capital changes and net worth (netto) so as to be smaller or up to Rp. 500,000,000,-(five hundred million

rupiah) excluding land and place buildings, must submit a Great SIUP change to a Medium SIUP.

(3) The Company as referred to in paragraph (1) is required to fill a Small SIUP SP Form/

Medium/Large;

(4) Regent or designated Officer no later than 15 (15) working days since

received the SIUP change request as referred to in paragraph (3) is required to publish a new SIUP;

(5) The change of the Company that is not including in Section 1 of the letter m required to be written in writing to the Chief of Office without replace or change the acquired SIUP;

(6) Regent or designated Officer no later than 5 (five) working days since

Section 15

(1) If the Company has been lost or corrupted and unread, the Company that

is concerned must submit a written request for the replacement of SIUP in writing to the Regent or designated Officer to acquire a new SIUP;

(2) Requests as referred to in paragraph (1) are submitted with the following terms:

a) Is performed in accordance with Section 7;

b) Attaching the Missing Letter from the local Police for the missing SIUP; c) Attaching the original SIUP to the damaged SIUP.

(3) At least 5 (five) business days are counted

CHAPTER VI WARNING, FREEZING AND REVOCATION OF PERMISSIONS

Article 16

(1) The Company is given a written warning if:

a) Does not perform the obligations under the provisions of Section 2 of the paragraph (1), Section 3, Section 6 of the paragraph

(2), Section 7 of the paragraph (2), Section 9, Article 10, Section 11, Section 12, Section 13 of the paragraph (1), the 14 paragraphs (1) and the paragraph (2) and Section 15 of the Code of this Section;

b) conduct unsuitable business activities, business activities, and key merchandise types/services listed in the acquired SIUP;

c) Adanya reports/complaints from authorized officials or owners and or

the holder of the Intellectual Property that the Company is concerned Committing a violation of HAKI.

(2) The written warning as referred to in paragraph (1) is given as many as three (three) times in a row with a time of 1 (one) months by the Regent or the designated official.

Article 17

(1) SIUP The company in question is frozen if:

a. Notwithstanding the warnings as referred to in Article 16; b. Perform business activities that are detriing to the consumer and do not match the business field,

the business activities and the major merchandise/merchandise types listed in the SIUP

are owned; c. Being examined at a court hearing for being charged with an HAKI violation, and or

committing another criminal offence;

(2) During the SIUP of the Company in question is frozen, the Company is prohibited to

perform Trading Business Activities;

(3) The term of the SIUP freezing time for the company as referred to in paragraph (1) letter a and b apply for 6 (six) months from the release of the SIUP freeze;

(4) The freezing time period SIUP for the company as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter c applies to the presence of Judicial body decisions that have a legal force

remain;

(5) Freezing of the SIUP is performed by the Regent or the designated Officer;

(6) The frozen SIUP may be reapplied if the Company is concerned:

a. Have heeded the warning by making improvements and carrying out its obligations in accordance with the provisions in this Regional Regulation;

b. It is not proven to be a violation of HAKI and or not committing a criminal act according to the Court of Justice's decision which has had the power of the law fixed.

Article 18

(1) SIUP may be revoked if:

a. The SIUP is owned by the untrue or false data of the company in question;

b. The company in question does not perform repairs after exceeding the freezing time limit as referred to in Article 17 of the paragraph (3) of the Regulation of this Region;

c. The company concerned has been sentenced to violations of HAKI violations and or the followup to a criminal justice agency that has a fixed legal force;

d. The company in question violates the provisions of the Invite Invitation rules that

load the SIUP revocation sanctions;

(2) The SIUP revocation is performed by the Regent or the designated Acting Officer.

BAB VII OBJECTION

Article 19

(1) The Company which has been revoked by the SIUPs, may file an objection to the Chief Office at least 30 (thirty) working days from the date of the revocation of SIUP;

(2) the Regents Or an officer appointed at least thirty thirty (30) days of work. The recipient's acceptance of the objection may accept or deny an application objectively

written with the alasan;

(3) In the case of an acceptable objection, SIUP has been revoked, reissued.

BAB VIII NAME, OBJECT AND SUBJECT LEVY

Article 20

Article 21

BAB X

PRINCIPLES AND GOALS IN THE DEFINITION OF LEVY RATE

Article 24

(1) The Principles and objectives in the designation of the magnitude of the levy tariff are based on the objectives of the to

BAB XI

MAGNITUDE LEVY RATE

Section 25

(1) The price of a levy is set to be the following:

a) Small SIUP

1. Venture capital < 25 million Rp. 50,000,-(fifty thousand rupiah) 2. Modal venture 25 juta-50 million Rp. 75,000,-(seventy-five thousand rupiah)

3. Venture capital 50 juta-100 million Rp. 100,000,-(hundred thousand rupiah) 4. Venture capital of 100 juta-200 million Rp. 150,000,-(one hundred and fifty thousand rupiah)

b) SIUP Intermediate

1. Venture capital of 200 million-300 million Rp. 200,000,-(two hundred thousand rupiah)

2. Venture capital of 300 juta-500 million Rp. 300,000,-(three hundred thousand rupiah)

c) SIUP Great 1. Venture capital 500 juta-1 milyard Rp. 400,000,-(four hundred thousand rupiah)

2. Venture capital > 1 milyard Rp. 500,000,-(five hundred thousand rupiah)

plus Rp.50,000,-(fifty thousand rupiah) any addition of a multiple Effort Effort

Rp.500,000,000,-(five hundred million rupiah)

BAB XII REGION POLLING

Article 26

BAB XV

SANCTION THE ADMINISTRATION

Article 30

Article 32

(4) The order of the reduction, leniation and release of the levy is set by the Decree of the Regent.

BAB XVIII

EXPIRY BILLING

Article 33

Article 35

TRANSITIONAL provisions

Section 37
