STIPULATING: THE REGULATION OF THE COUNTY AREA OF BIMA REGARDING THE DRAFTING OF THE DRAFTING

BAB I
provisions of UMUM
Article 1
In this Regional Regulation referred to:

ASAS AND PURPOSE
Article 2
(1) The development of the area is based on democracy with principle-
the principle of togetherness, justice, continuous, environmental insight, and
independence by maintaining a balance of national progress and unity.
(2) The planning of regional development is organized, guided, integrated,
thoroughly, and respond to changes.
(3) The system Area development planning is organized based on the principles

BAB III
THE SCOPE OF DEVELOPMENT PLANNING AREA
Article 3
(1) Regional development planning includes the staging of planning

Article 4
(1) RPJPD contains the vision, mission, and direction of building the area referring to the RPJP
National.
(2) RPJMD is the definition of a vision, mission, and Regent program that

The First Part
The Regional Long Term Development Plan
Section 8
(1) Bappeda chief prepares the RPJPD design.
(2) The RPJPD design as referred to (1) becomes the main ingredient of the Regional Long Term Musrenbang.
(3) Head of Bappeda organizes the Regional Long Term Musrenbang.
(4) Head of Bappeda as referred to verse (3) compiled the final RPJPD draft based on the Regional Long-Term Musrenbang results.
Article 9
RPJPD is set with the Regional Regulation.
The Second Part
The Regional Long Term Development Plan
Article 10
(1) Bappeda chief prepares preliminary draft RPJMD as a definition of the vision, mission, and program of the Regent into regional development strategy, policy
general, the Bupati priority program, and the direction of the regional financial policy.
(2) The initial draft of RPJMD as verse (1) be the guideline of the Head of the Regional Device Workforce setting up the Renstra-SKPD design accordingly
with the principal task and function.
(3) Head of Bappeda is drafting the RPJMD design using the Renstra-SKPD design and Guidelines on RPJPD.
(4) Design RPJMD as referred to (3) becomes the material for the Mid-Term Musrenbang.
(5) Head of Bappeda organizes the Regional Mid-Term Musrenbangda.
(6) Musrenbang results as well meant verse (5) as Bappeda chief material composed the final draft RPJMD

Third Quarter
Area Annual Development Plan
Article 12
(1) Chief Bappeda prepares the initial RKPD draft as a definition of RPJMD as referred to in Section 10 verses (6).
(2) The Head of the Regional Device Workforce prepares Renja-SKPD in accordance with the principal task and function by referring to the RKPD's initial draft
as referred to in paragraph (1) and guideline on Renstra-SKPD
as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (1).
(3) Bappeda chief coordinating the drafting of the RKPD design by using Renja-SKPD as referred to in verse (2).
(4) The RKPD design as referred to in paragraph (3) becomes the material for the Musrenbang Drafting RKPD.
(5) Musrenbangda in order to assemble the RKPD followed by elements of local government organizers.
(6) Chief Bappeda organizes the Musrenbang drafting of the RKPD.
(7) Musrenbang The composition of the RKPD as referred to in verse (6) is the slowest of March.
(8) Bappeda's head drew the final design of the RKPD based on Musrenbang's results as referred to in paragraph (7).

BAB VII
CONTROL AND EVALUATION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
AREA
Article 16
(1) The Head of the Regional Device Works Unit is responsible for controlling execution of an area development plan.
(2) Head of Bappeda assembled and analyzes the results of monitoring the implementation of the development plan of each of the Regional Device Works
in accordance with its duties and authority.
Article 17
(1) The Head of the Regional Device Workforce conducts an evaluation the performance of the implementation plan for the development of the previous period Regional Device Workspace.
(2) Head of Bappeda is compiling the evaluation of the development plan based on the evaluation results of the Head of the Regional Device Workforce.
(3) Evaluation results as referred to in paragraph 2 are the materials of the drafting of an area building plan for the next period.
