ABOUT
INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF SOUTH KALIMANTAN PROVINCE
TO THE WATER-AREA COMPANY DRINKING BANDARSTILL THE TOWN OF BANJARMASIN
I. GENERAL EXPLANATION
In order to strengthen the application structure of the Municipal Corporation drinking Bandarstill City of Banjarmasin, to increase the service to the public to produce and provide sources of water for the citizens of the City. Banjarmasin, the Government of South Kalimantan Province needs to conduct capital disputes to the City of Banjarmasin City Drinking Water Regional Corporation.

AND THE GOVERNOR OF SOUTH KALIMANTAN
DECIDED:
SET: THE REGULATION OF THE SOUTH KALIMANTAN PROVINCE AREA ON THE INCLUSION CAPITAL OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH KALIMANTAN TO THE WATER AREA COMPANY DRINKING BANDARSTILL CITY OF BANJARMASIN.
CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1
In This Region Regulation referred to: 1. The area is South Kalimantan Province.
2. The Regional Government is the Governor and Regional Device as the organizer of the South Kalimantan Provincial Regional Government.
3. The Governor is the Governor of South Kalimantan. DPRD Kalimantan Selatan is the Regional People's Representative Council of the Province of Borneo
South. 5. Capital Inclusion is any attempt to include the Regional capital at an
joint effort or utilization of Regional capital by a third party in a particular reward.
6. Regional capital is the wealth of the area (which has not been separated) whether it is money or goods.
7. The Bandarstill Drinking Water Region Company is the Municipal Government of Bandarmasin Municipality.

BAB II T U J U A N
Article 2 (1) The Regional Modal inclusion aims to increase the economic growth
Regions and add the Regional Original Revenue, as well as improve service to the public in the field of drinking water.
(2) To achieve the goal as referred to in paragraph (1) the inclusion of the Regional Capital is exercised based on the principles of the corporate economy/profit oriented and service to the community/social oriented.
CHAPTER III OF CAPITAL INCLUSION
Article 3
The Government of South Kalimantan Province conducts capital inclusion area to the Regional Company Drinking Water Bandarstill of Rp. 25.460.002.893.00 (Twenty-five billion four hundred sixty million two thousand eight hundred and ninety-three rupiah), with details as follows:
-1994 of Rp 11.460.002,893.00;-2001 of Rp 1,000.000.00;
-2002 amounted to Rp 4,000.000.00;-2003 amounted to Rp 2,000.000.00;
-2004 amounted to Rp 2,000.000.00;-2005 by Rp 5,000.000.00;
CHAPTER IV TATA WAY CAPITAL INCLUSION
Article 4
The Regional Capital Raid on the Bandarstill Water Regional Corporation is still implemented in a way for profit results in accordance with the laws of the Applicable.

CHAPTER V OVERSIGHT
Article 5
(1) The Governor appoints the Acting Officer who will represent the Local Government to perform
oversight over the inclusion of capital. (2) The designated officer as referred to in paragraph (1) understands the business insights
professionally and is responsible to the Governor.
CHAPTER VI FOR THE BENEFIT
Article 6
(1) For the profit result of Capital Inclusion becomes the Regional right to be acquired during the Budget Year of the Municipal Corporation of the City of Banjarmasin.
(2) For the proceeds of the profits as referred to in paragraph (1) are referred to the Regional Kas and allocated in Budget and Shopping Budget of South Kalimantan Province.
BAB VII
provisions CLOSING
Article 7
(1) With the enactment of this Regional Regulation, then all provisions that are in conflict with this Regional Regulation, are declared revoked and do not apply anymore.
(2) Things are not yet set in the Regional Regulations This, as long as the implementation will be set up later with the Governor's Rule.
