LEVY OF TEST AND CALIBRATION SERVICES AT TEST HALL AND QUALITY CERTIFICATION OF THE GOODS

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

GOVERNOR OF SOUTH KALIMANTAN, DRAWS: A. that to provide services to the community in order

testing and certification of the quality of goods in order to meet national and international standards, it needs to be set at the levy rate of that service;

b. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, need to form the Regional Regulation on the Test and Calibration Service Retribution on the Test and Certification Hall of the Goods;

SET: THE REGIONAL REGULATIONS CONCERNING SERVICE LEVY

TESTING AND CALIBRATION SERVICES AT THE TEST HALL AND THE QUALITY CERTIFICATION OF THE GOODS.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1

In this Region Regulation referred to:

1. Area is the area of South Kalimantan Province. 2. The Regional Government is the Governor and the area device as the organizer element

Article 14

Article 18

Article 19

Article 21

CHAPTER VI OF THE CRIMINAL PROVISIONS

Article 26
