BUPATI BANGKA MIDDLE, Draw: a. that in order to ensure safety and security passes

Set: REGIONAL REGULATIONS ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE TESTING.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1

In This Region Regulation is referred to: 1. Area is Central Bangka Regency. 2. The Local Government is the Regent of Central Bangka and the device

6. Motorized Vehicle Examiner is a civil servant who is given the duty, responsibility, authority and rights in full by the officials who are authorized to perform a motor vehicle testing task.

The road is a whole section of the road, including the complementary building and its equipment to the common traffic, which is on the surface of the ground, above ground level, below the surface of the ground and/or water, and above the surface of the water, except for the rail road and cable road.

8. Traffic is the motion of vehicles, people and animals on the road. 9. Transit is the transfer of people/or goods from one place to

24. A bus car is a motorized vehicle that has a seating area of more than eight people, including for drivers or who weigh more than 3,500 (three thousand five hundred) kilograms.

25. Freight cars are any motor vehicle other than those

included in motorcycles, passenger cars, bus cars and special vehicles.

26. Control is an activity that is a direction and guidance to the host of road traffic.

27. CHAPTER III OF MOTOR VEHICLE TESTING

Section Parts

General

Section 3

Article 6

(1) The motor vehicle on the land of mandatory tests includes:

a. bus car; b. a freight car; c. train gany; d. Slow train; and e. General passenger cars.

(2) The motor vehicle on board of mandatory water is required to include:

a. ship size GT 1-< GT 3 b. GT size 3-< 5 c. GT size 5-GT 7

BAB IV TATA CARA TESTING

Part Kesatu

General

Section 7 Implementation of the periodic tests for each test vehicle is required to be executed if: a. has met the requirements of the administration; and b. have paid the motor vehicle testing levy appropriate

Second Section

Mechanism

Article 8 To perform the Test Vehicle Testing, each person or body must submit a request in writing to the Regent or the Acting Officer with attach administrative requirements as follows: a. Ground motor vehicle:

1. New Test: a) fill the provided application form and

sign the form above the meterai; b) photocopy of the Applicant (Letter of the Population/Letter

Driving Permission); c) The Test Type (SRUT) Certificate Registration Certificate; and d) Photocopy of the Vehicle Number Mark.

2. Advanced Test:

a) fills the application form that has been provided and signed the form above the meterai;

b) Photocopy of the Population Card; c) photocopy of the Vehicle Sign Letter; and d) The Test Book (original).

3. Numpang Uji:

a) fills out the application form that has been provided and signed the form above the meterai;

b) photocopy of the Vehicle Sign Letter; c) The Test Book (original); d) photocopy of the applicant's identity (The Citizen/Letter Card)

Driving permit); and e) The Letter of Attraction does not mind the origin area.

b. Motor vehicle on the water:

1. fill in the provided application form and sign the form above the meterai;

2. Photocopy of the applicant's self-identity (Steering Card/Mail);

3. ship-making caption from local village/kelurahan; and

4. Authorization mail.

Article 9

(1) After testing, the mandatory test vehicle is declared not

pass the test, then the Motorized Vehicle Testing is required to notify with a return letter about the repair which must be performed and given a term of 2x24 hours.

(2) The owner of the vehicle may request a retrial after it will comply

a lack of technical requirements and/or have performed the fix as referred to by paragraph (1).

(3) If the owner of the test vehicle is required to disagree with the test result

as referred to in paragraph (1), then it may submit an objection in writing to the direct supervisor of the Motor Vehicle Testing.

(4) In the case of the objection submitted by the owner of the vehicle

as referred to in paragraph (3), it is acceptable, then the immediate supervisor of the Test Officer may order another tester to carry out the retrial without charge.

(5) After retrial as in the intent of verse (4)

the vehicle remains expressed not a test pass, the Vehicle Owner can no longer apply for an objection.

(6) If fixes are passed over the deadline

determined as set forth in paragraph (1) then the retesting It was implemented as a new applicant.

Article 10

(1) Execution of periodic tests for the first time performed at least 30 (thirty) days since the publication of the Motor Vehicle Number of Letters.

(2) The next periodic test implementation must be performed before

The test period ends. (3) For the execution of testing, the vehicle to be tested should

be taken to the test site at the time of the specified time. (4) The periodic test registration must be submitted before the test expiration

expires.

Section 11

(1) The motor vehicle which has passed the periodic test, is given a sign

test pass proof, is test book (test card) and test mark and is equipped with a samping/selar sign.

(2) The term of the periodic test term as referred to in

paragraph (1), is for 6 (six) months.

Article 12

(1) The owner of the vehicle can conduct periodic tests outside the region

The area. (2) The implementation of periodic tests outside of the Area region must be equipped

with the Test numbraid recommendation of the Service.

Section 13

Implementation of test numbations in the Region can only be performed 1 (one) times for vehicles coming from outside the Area.

CHAPTER V COACHING AND CONTROL

Article 14

(1) Coaching and controlling the execution of Vehicle Pegujian

CHAPTER VI INQUIRY

Section 15

(1) In addition to the General Investigator who serve a criminal complaint

BAB VII

CRIMINAL provisions

Article 16 (1) Any person or body has no test mark

vehicle/selar Motor vehicle testing is penalised with a penultimate confinement of 1 (one) month or a fine of at most Rp 250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand rupiah).
