(4) the scope of services of planning, implementation and supervision of the construction carried out in integrated and can only be done by a business entity-body of law comprising: a. architecture; b. the planning, procurement and implementation of receipt so; c. (2) permit renewal Requirements as stipulated in article 17 paragraph (2) letter b include: a. fill the formilir petition; b. submit a recording of the SBU has been registered by the Agency; c. submit a SKA recordings and/or SKT of PJT-BU which has been registered by the Agency; d. submit a recording card PJT-BU which features self binding affidavit of experts/skilled with PJU-BU; and e. complete the obligation of payment of income tax (PPh over contract) acquired that became its obligations. (3) the requirements of the data referred to in article 17 paragraph (2) Letter c covers: a. fill the application form; b. submit a recording: 1. deed of change of name of Directors/Trustees to change the data name and Board of Directors/Executive Board business entities; 2. domicile affidavits the agency effort to change the address of the business entity; 3. deed of change of name changes for business entities; and/or 4. SBU to change the classification and qualification effort. (4) the requirements for the closure of a permit referred to in article 17 paragraph (2) letter d include: a. fill the application form; b. submit the original IUJK; and c. submit a letter for the zero Tax.
