IN THE SOCIAL MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER SOCIAL REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Draws: a. that the Social Minister ' s Regulation Number 30A/HUK/2012 on the Class and Value of the Office of Employees in the Environment of the Ministry of Social Affairs is still lacking and has not yet accommodated the additional labor force in the Social Ministry environment, so that it needs to be replaced;

b. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Social Minister ' s Regulation on the Class and the Value of the Office of Employees in the Environment of the Social Ministry;

Establishing: SOCIAL MINISTER ' S RULES ON THE CLASS AND THE VALUE OF EMPLOYEE POSTS IN THE SOCIAL MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

BAB II

OFFICE AND CLASS OFFICE

ARTICLE 2

(1) THE EMPLOYEE IS REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE DUTIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OFFICE.

Article 3

Article 4

Article 5

BAB III

PERFORMANCE ALLOWANCE

Section 7

(1) Performance improvement is provided to the Employee, including the candidate for a particular civil servant.

Article 9
