BAB II

ASAS, INTENT AND PURPOSE

Article 2

The granting of IUJK is carried out on the basis of the:

BAB III

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES VENTURE

Article 5

The construction services effort includes:

Article 8

Article 9

BAB IV

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES VENTURE PERMIT

Section 10

Giving IUJK is carried out on the basis of principle:

Article 11

Article 14

Section 30

(1) The terms of IUJK are 3 (three) years and can be extended.

BAB V

RIGHT AND HOLDER OBLIGATIONS

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES PERMIT

Article 31

IUJK holders are entitled to:

a. follow the construction services procurement process; and

b. get coaching from the Local Government.

Article 32

(1) IUJK holders are required to meet the provisions of:

a. purified; covering general safety requirements,

building construction, quality of job results, materials quality and

or building components, and equipment quality;

b. security, safety, and workplace health

construction;

c. workforce social protection in execution

construction work; and

d. Local environmental and environmental management.

(2) IUJK holders ' obligations as referred to in paragraph (1)

BAB VII

REPORT OF LIABILITY AGENCY WORK UNIT

Article 37

(1) The designated Instancy to carry out IUJK grants

every 3 (three) months once to the Regent.

(2) The Regent delivered an IUJK grant report to the Governor

periodically every 4 (four) months.

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES VENTURE PERMIT

I. UMUM

That construction services are an important field of work
