FIRES IN INDRAMAYU REGENCY
BAB I
provisions of UMUM
Article 1
In this Regional Regulation in question
with: 1. The area is Indramayu County.

2. The Local Government is the Regent and
Regional Device as the organizer of the Regional Government.

Article 20
(1) Building buildings with potential hazards

with fire control center as referred to in Article 10 of paragraph 3

Building and Environment Fire Safety Management
Article 22
(1) The managing body that manages multiple buildings in one Environment

Part Second
Housing Buildings
Article 23
(1) residential buildings located at
tertata residential neighborhoods must be equipped with infrastructure and means
fire prevention and countermeasures.
(2) Completeness of infrastructure and means
fire prevention and countermeasures as referred to in paragraph (1) to be
the responsibility of the developer or Government of the Local or Government.
(3) residential buildings located at
unordered residential neighborhoods of occupancy must be supplemented infrastructure and
means as well as community readiness in fire prevention and countermeasures.
(4) The completion of the infrastructure and the fire prevention and countermeasures as referred to in paragraph (3) to

Motorized Vehicle
Article 24
Any owner and/or general vehicle maintainer and special vehicle is required to provide

Fourth Quarter
Dangerous Materials
Article 25
(1) Each people or business entities that
store and/or produce the mandatory hazards:
a. Provide an insulating device; b. provides a life-saving means,
passive protection and active protection,
c. fire safety management of the building; d. inform the list of hazardous materials
that is stored and/or produced; e. installing placards and/or labels
countermeasures and disaster handling of f. Dangerous material.

(2) Any owner and/or vehicle manager
