DANGER PREVENTION AND COUNTERMEASURES

FIRES IN INDRAMAYU REGENCY

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Regional Regulation in question

with: 1. The area is Indramayu County.

2. The Local Government is the Regent and

Regional Device as the organizer of the Regional Government.

4. The Regional People's Representative Council is the District House of Representatives of the District

Article 20

(1) Building buildings with potential hazards

Paragraph 5

Building and Environment Fire Safety Management

Article 22

(1) The managing body that manages multiple buildings in one Environment

Part Second

Housing Buildings

Article 23

(1) residential buildings located at

Motorized Vehicle

Article 24

Article 25

CHAPTER IV FIRE COUNTERMEASURES

Article 44

Article 45

(1) Any building is required

referred to in verse (2) must be mounted on the section of the wall near the main entrance at the height of 2 meters from the ground/floor surface to be easily viewed.

Article 47

BAB VIII

THE ROLE AS WELL AS SOCIETY

Article 48

(1) The society must play an active role in: a. Conducting prevention and

Article 49

SANCTION

Article 51

Section 43

Criminal Sanctions

Section 52

(1) Any person or legal entity

violates the terms as referred to in Section 7 paragraph (1), Section 8 paragraph (1), Section

23 paragraph (1), Section 24, Section 25 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2), Section 27, Section 28 paragraph (1), Section 30 paragraph

(1), Section 36 paragraph (1), Section 37, Section 38, and Article 39, Section 40, Section 41, Section 42, Section 43 paragraph (2), and Article 47 are convicted with

penultimate confinement criminal 3 (three) months or a fine of most Rp. 50,000,000,-

(Fifty Million Rupiahs).

BAB XII
