THE HEAD OF METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY, AND GEOPHYSICS,

DECIDED:

Establits: RULES OF THE HEAD OF METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY, AND GEOPHYSICS ABOUT CHANGES TO THE RULES OF THE HEAD OF METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY, AND GEOPHYSICS NUMBER 10 YEARS 2013 ABOUT OFFICE, OFFICE CLASS, AND EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BENEFITS IN THE BODY ENVIRONMENT. METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY, AND GEOPHYSICS.

Article I of the Terms of Section 7 in the Rules of the Chief of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Number 10 Year 2013 on the Office, Title Class, and Employee Performance Benefits in the Environment of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics are changed As follows:

Section 7 (1) For employees in the environment of Meteorology, Climatology, and

Geophysics who are appointed as the functional officials of the lecturers and get the Lecturer Profession Benefits, then Performance Benefits

paid by the difference between Performance improvement in the Class of the Service with the Profession Allowance.

(2) If the Profession Allowance is accepted as referring to the paragraph (1) is greater than that of the performance. From the Performance improvement in the Class of the Service, the payment is the Allowance Of The Profession.

(3) For employees in the environment of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics that are appointed as functional officials of the Lecturer and the Profession of the Board of Meteorology. $has not yet received the Lecturer Profession Allowance, then the Performance improvement is provided with the provisions as follows: a. Expert Assistant is granted Performance improvement in Class Class 8

(eight); b. Lectors are granted Performance improvements in Class Title 10

(ten); and c. The Head Lector is granted Performance improvement in Grade 12

(twelve).

Article II

Rules of the Head of the Agency begin to apply on the date of promulgations. In order for everyone to know, ordered the invitational of the Chief of the Agency with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
