SET: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF ENERGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES ON THE CREATION OF AN ENERGY-SAVING TAG LABEL FOR A SELF-SUFFICIENT SELF-SUFFICIATION.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. 5. Supplier Compliance Statement (Supplier's Declaration of Comformity) called SDoC is a statement issued by a domestic manufacturer and an importer stating that a cost-saving label has been met. Requirements specified in the Indonesian National Standard SNI.ISO/IEC 17050-1 about the Suitability Of The Supplier Compliance Declaration 1: General Requirements.

6. The Suitability Assessment Institute is a testing laboratory that has been appointed by the Director General of New Energy, Renewable Energy, and Conservation Energy to conduct testing in order of energy-efficient labelization on the Swabalast Lamp.

7. The Minister is the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of new energy, renewable, and energy conservation.

8. BAB II

CREATION OF ENERGY EFFICIENT SIGN LABEL

Article 2

(1) Provides the mandatory energy-saving flag as referred to in Indonesian National Standard Number 04-6958-2003 on Electric Power Heating for Home Pures and The like-label of the Energy Hemat Mark on Swabalast Lights.

(2) The energy efficient tag label as referred to in paragraph (1) is required to meet the Swabalast Light energy efficient sign criteria as referred to in the Attachment that is the part of the Swabalast Light. inseparable from this Minister Rule.

Article 3

(1) Swabalast light made up of energy saving labels may be circulated by the Interior Manufacturers or Importers.

(2) The importer of Swabalast Lamps as referred to verse (1) is responsible for the fulfillment of the provision of the energy saving flag label on "Swabalast Lamps in Indonesia".

(3) Swabalast Lamp Importers as referred to in paragraph (1) may be:

a. An Indonesian business agency that includes self-governing lights in the Indonesian customs area directly and/or through an import service company and trading it;

b. single agent;

c. trademark representative.

Article 4

(1) The Interior or Importer of the Interior or Importer Producers prior to the signing of the energy saving label must obtain the Energy Saving Mark label's permit from the Director General.

(2) To get the Energy Saving Label ' s Permit Permit as referred to in paragraph (1), the Interior Producer or

Importir must apply to the Director General by attaching the requirements as follows:

a. SDoC, which contains:

1. name and address of the Interior or Importir Producers;

2. the address of the manufacturer of origin of the Swabalast Lamp for Importers performing the import;

3. brand, type, and type;

4. the value of the efficacy and the number of stared stars;

5. date and the handheld signature;

6. a statement is responsible for the correctness of the information provided; and

7. a letter of appointment or contract of cooperation from the manufacturer or principal of a self-sufficient self-sufficiast lamp for Importers.

b. photocopy of the Indonesian National Standard User Certificate of Use 04-6504-2001 or its changes;

c. photocopy of the Test Results containing the test results report of the Swabalast Light products according to the provisions of the National Standard Indonesia which is published by the Institution of Conformity Assessment;

d. photocopy certificate of the Indonesian National Standard Mutu Management System ISO 9001:2008 or its changes published by the Certification System of Quality Management Systems and have been accredited by the National Accreditation Committee or the Accreditation Board of other countries which has done the mutual recognition agreement Mutual Recognition Arrangement with the National Accreditation Committee for the certification field of the Mutu Management System;

e. Swabalast Light product photo; and

f. The Swabalast lamp production code reading.

(3) SDoC as referred to in paragraph (2) letter a, composed by the Interior Manufacturers or Imporballast Lamp Importer based on the results of the Swabalast Light on the Assessment Institute of the Concurrent.

(4) Swabalast Light Testing as referred to in paragraph (3) is a process of examination by the Assessment Institute to prove fitness for the example quality of the product with the IEC Indonesia National Standard quality condition

(1) The invocation of the Energy Efficient Sign Label by Importers as referred to in Section 4 must be submitted for each import.

(2) Importers in conducting the import as referred to in paragraph (1), can send an example of the Swabalast Light at most 30 (thirty) pieces for each type to perform the testing of the Assessment Institute.

(3) Delivery of the Swabalast Light instance by Importers for testing as contemplated on paragraph (2) is not required for the Energy-saving Label Permissions.

Article 6

(1) The Director General conducts research and verification of the invocation of the Energy Efficient Tag Label of the Interior or Importers as referred to in Article 4.

(2) Based on the results of the research and verification as set forth in paragraph (1), the Director General provides or refuses the Invocation Of The Energy-saving Labels Permit 7 (seven) of the working days since the request is fully accepted.

(3) In the case of the request, the following verification is required.

Article 7

Interior or Importer Producers are required to provide an energy-saving tag label on the packaging light self-sufficiality circulating in Indonesia after obtaining the Energy-saving Flag license License with the following conditions:

1. An energy saving sign is mandatory on the Swabalast Light packaging:

a. The energy saving tag label is cured by referencing the Indonesian National Standard 04-6958-2003 and additional explanation as in the following image:
