SET: THE RULE OF THE NATIONAL NARCOTICS AGENCY ON THE ORGANIZATION AND THE LAYOUT OF THE LOKA

REHABILITATION OF THE NATIONAL NARCOTICS AGENCY.

BAB I

POSITION, DUTIES, AND FUNCTION

(1) Rehabilitation Services Of The National Narcotics Agency is next called

Loka Rehabilitation of BNN is the Technical Managing Unit (UPT) of the National Narcotics Agency in the field Rehabilitation services against

Article 3

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 2, Loka

Rehabilitation BNN organizes functions:

a. drafting of the planning, program, and Loka Rehabilitation budget

BNN;

b. the treatment of the medik-emergency services against purifying

for and/or drug addicts, psychotropic, and other addictive materials;

c. implementation of public and specialistic polyclinic services, drug houses, as well as support checks Other medics;

d. execution of detoxification against the use of drugs and/or drug addicts, psychotropic, and other addictive materials;

e. The social psychoeducation and social psychotherapy services included the therapeutic community method for the use of the use

and/or drug addicts, psychotropic, and other addictive materials;

f. execution of basic knowledge of the addictive to

the use of drugs and/or drug addicts, psychotropic, and other addictive materials;

g. execution of the giving and preparation of skills against the use of drugs and/or drug addicts, psychotropic, and materials

other addictive;

h. Implementation of rehabilitation programs and post

rehabilitation for drug use and/or drug addicts,

psychotropic, and other addictive materials;

BAB II

ORGANIZATIONAL ARRANGEMENT

Article 4

Loka Rehabilitation BNN consists of:

a. Header; and

b. Functional Office Group

BAB IV

FUNCTIONAL POSITION GROUP

Section 5

(1) In the Loka environment Rehabilitation BNN may be formed group

functional office according to the needs of its implementation
