Article 4

Veteran funeral of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 3 is carried out with ceremony militarily.

Article 5

Veteran burial of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (3) may be exercised with or not with the ceremony in the military.

Article 6

Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia lose the funeral rights as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1), Section 4, Section 5 if the concerned:

a. revoked the Honorary Mark as a Veteran of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with the provisions of the negotiations; or

b. The death of the world from committing despicable acts or violating obligations as Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with legislation.

(1) The funeral of the Veterans of the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia at TMPNU and at TMPN is filed by the local LVRI Leadership and/or by the family of the deceased/almarhumah to the local Garnizun.

(2) In terms of the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia passed away in the territory of the no Garnizun, the submission of the funeral was performed by the local LVRI Leadership and/or by the family almarhum/almarhumah to the Regional Command of the local TNI.

Article 8

(1) Funeral applications in TMPNU and TMPN as referred to in Article 7 of the paragraph (1) with the requirements as follows:

(2) The funeral request as referred to in paragraph (1) is equipped with:

a. The dead letter died from the authorized officer;

b. The last decree of service for members of the PNS/TNI; and

c. the testimony of domicile almarhum/almarhumah.

(3) The completeness of the letter as referred to in paragraph (1) by showing the original.

The Second Part

The Funeral Way

Article 9

(1) The Veterans ' Funeral Ceremony of the Republic of Indonesia which is derived from TNI/Polri and retired TNI/Polri are carried out with military ceremonies according to the provisions.

Article 10

Article 11

The funeral service is the responsibility of the Commander of the TNI, delegated to Commander Garnizun or Commander of the Regional Command of the local TNI.

BAB IV

FINANCING

Article 12

(1) Cost of the funeral of the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia SebesarRp2,500.000.00 (two million five hundred thousand rupiah).

(2) The cost of a funeral service as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised by the Ministry of Defence in this case the Directorate General of Defence Defense.

Article 13

In terms of the funeral of the TNI/PNS body of the Ministry of Defence active as the Veterans of Peace of the Republic of Indonesia the cost of the funeral ceremony was paid under the rules of the Minister of Defense governing the Treatment and Burial of the Indonesian National Army Private Soldiers/Purnawirawan and Civil Servants Civil/Wredatama in the Environment of the Ministry of Defence and National Army Indonesia.

Article 14

Submissions and expenses for the funeral of the funeral ceremony of the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia with the following conditions:

a. The Indonesian Armed Forces Command submitted the cost of the funeral service to the Director General of Defense Ministry Defense through the Assistant Personnel Officer; or

b. Garnizun filed a funeral fee for the Director General of the Defense Ministry of Defence through the Assistant Personnel Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces.

Article 15

The responsibility of the funeral services of the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 14 is exercised with the provision as follows;

a. The cost of the funeral services of the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia is a pagu DIPA submitted by Unit of the Organization of the Ministry of Defence and the Indonesian National Army to the Minister in this case Director General of Defense Planning The defense is unruly through RKA-K/L and is further authorized by the Minister of Finance to be DIPA;

b. Veterans of the funeral services of the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia have been channeled by the Secretary of Defense to the Organization Unit of the Ministry of Defence through the issuer issuer.

BAB V

OVERSIGHT AND CONTROL

Article 16

The supervision of the use of the funeral services of the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia is carried out by the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Defence.

Article 17
