EXPENSE AND CASH FLOW OF RUPIAH SPECIAL PAPER FRACTION 100,000 (HUNDRED THOUSAND)

GOVERNOR OF THE BANK OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the currency of Rupiah paper serves as a payment tool and is at once a means for the development of numismatka (a collection of money) in Indonesia;
B. In order to extract the development of numismatka in Indonesia, it is necessary to issue and circulate the Rupiah's money special banknotes of 100,000 (thousand) years of 2014 emission in the form of banknotes of paper together;
c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Bank of Indonesia Regulation on Spending and Revenue of Rupiah The Rupiah Special Paper 100,000 (Hundred Thousand) Year of the 2014 Emissions 2014 In the Form of Money Rupiah Paper Reconnecting;
Remembering: 1. Law No. 23 of 1999 on Bank Indonesia (State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1999 No. 66, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3843), as amended several times, last with Law Number 6 Year 2009 on Establishing Government Regulation Replacement of Law No. 2 Year 2008 on Second Amendment to the Law No. 23 Year 1999 on Bank Indonesia being the Act (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 7, Indonesia's Republic of Indonesia Number 4962);
2. Law No. 7 Year 2011 on Currency (Sheets Of State Republic Of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 64, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 5223);
DECIDED:
Establish: INDONESIAN BANK REGULATIONS ON SPENDING AND CIRCULATION OF RUPIAH PAPER SPECIAL BILLS OF 100,000 (ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND) YEAR 2014 EMISSIONS IN THE FORM OF BANKNOTE RUPIAH NOTES.
Section 1
(1) The Bank of Indonesia issued and circulated Rupiah money of the Rupiah-a 2014 emission year in the form of a Rupiah bill of paper together.
(2) Any cash sheet of Rupiah special paper as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of:
a. 2 (two) sheets (bilyet);
B. 4 (four) sheets (bilyet); and
C. 45 (emtwenty-five) sheet (bilyet),
Which is a unit.
Section 2
The Rupiah currency special paper as referred to in Article 1 is issued and is circulated at most:
a. Five thousand (five thousand) leaves are two (two) leaves.
B. Five thousand (five thousand) leaves, four (four) leaves, and one (five).
C. 100 (100) a sheet of 45 (forty-five) leaves (bilyet).
Pasal3
(1) Each sheet (bilyet) of Rupiah money in Rupiah's money special paper as referred to in Article 1 of paragraph (2) has a nominal value of Rp100.000.00 (one hundred thousand rupiah).
(2) Any of the Rupiah currency sheet of special paper as referred to in Section 1 of paragraph (2) consists of:
a. 2 (two) sheets have a nominal value of Rp200.000.00 (two hundred thousand rupiah);
B. 4 (four) sheets have a nominal value of Rp400.000.00 (four hundred thousand rupiah); or
C. The 45 (emtwenty-five) sheet has a nominal value of Rp4,500.000.00 (four million five hundred thousand rupiah).
Pasal4
(1) The form and size of the Rupiah currency sheet special as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (2) consists of:
a. sheet containing 2 (two) sheets (bilyet) in a rectangular shape and measuring 151 mm x 130 mm;
B. sheet containing 4 (four) sheets (bilyet) in rectangular shape and measuring 302 mm x 130 mm; and
c. sheet containing 45 (empattens five) sheets (bilyet) in rectangular shape and measuring 755 mm x 585 mm.
(2) Any cash sheet of Rupiah special paper is equipped with a certificate of authenticity from the Bank of Indonesia.
Section 5
Every single sheet (bilyet) of Rupiah's money contained in the Rupiah money special paper as referred to in Article 1 of having tasted the following:
a. color
The front and the back are printed with the dominant red color;
B. image
1. Part-face
a) the main image of the Dr. (H.C.) Ir Proclamator image. Sukarno and Dr. (H.C.) Drs. Mohammad Hatta, and under the inscription " Dr. (H.C.) Ir. SUKARNO "and" Dr. (H.C.) Drs. MOHAMMAD HATTA ";
b) among the Proclamator images there are the Proclamation text;
c) above the Proclamation text there are straight lines in a four-square-shaped field where viewed from a particular point of view will arise the rainbow effect;
d) on the top left of the main image there is a nominal number of "100000" with a horizontal direction;
e) on the right of the main image under the image of the state symbol Garuda Pancasila there is a nominal number of "100000" in a vertical direction;
f) to the left of the main image is the image of the Proclamation Building;
g) to the left of the main image below the nominal number "100000" there is a rectoverso that if it is illuminated in the direction of light it will be visible the Bank of Indonesia logo intact;
h) on the lower left of the main image is the inscription "STATE UNITY REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA" and under the inscription "HUNDRED THOUSAND RUPIAH";
i) on the left of the main image above the inscription "the unity state of the Republic of Indonesia" is a blind code of netra (blindcode) red-colored circle fruit that feels rough on the side;
j) on the top right of the main image is a hidden image (latent image) in the form of a "BI" which can be viewed from a particular point of view in a specific rectangular frame of the shape of a particular ornament;
k) on the top right of the main image there is a Garuda Pancasila state lambing image, with a green background color;
I) on the right of the main image are the orange-colored circles that are scattered;
m) on the right of the main image below the nominal number "100000" there is the logo of the Bank of Indonesia in the form of a shield-shaped field printed with special ink that will change color (colour shifting ink) from golden yellow to green if viewed from a particular point of view;
n) on the right of the main image below the shield-shaped field there is a green rectangle field;
o) on the right of the main image below the water sign there is an emission year number with the writing " TE. 2014 ", the signing of the Governor of the Bank of Indonesia and the" GOVERNOR ", and the signature of the Minister of Finance with the" FINANCE MINISTER ";
p) there is a text called "BANKINDONESIA" or "BI" and can only be read with the help of a magnifying glass at:
1) upper left edge, center left edge, and lower left edge shape-shaped pattern with different colors;
2) the middle and under the text of the Proclamation in red;
3) right-to-right image under hidden image (latent image) image-shaped lotus flower; and
4) top right edge, center right edge, and lower right edge shaped polaspecific with different colors;
q) at the top and bottom of the water sign there is a mini text (minitext) with the text "BANKINDONESIA" in red and shaped certain patterns with different text sizes that can be read without the help of a magnifying glass;
2. The back of
a) the main image of the People's Consultative Assembly Building, the People's Representative Council, and the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia;
b) at the bottom of the main image is the inscription "WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD, THE UNITY STATE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ISSUING MONEY AS A VALID PAYMENT TOOL WITH A VALUE OF A HUNDRED THOUSAND RUPIAH";
c) at the top of the main image is the image of the State of the Republic of Indonesia which will win yellow in the ultraviolet light;
d) on the top left of the main image are the visible print in the image section of the People's Consultative Assembly, the People's Representative Council, and the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia which will hold the red under the light ultraviolet;
e) to the left of the main image, there is an invisible print of a nominal number "100000" which is in a rectangular field that will be harbored green under ultraviolet light;
f) to the left of the main image there is an orange-colored circle that is scattered;
g) on the top right of the main image is the inscription "BANK INDONESIA";
h) on the right of the main image under the inscription "BANK INDONESIA" there is a serial number with an asymmetric form consisting of 3 (three) letters and 6 (six) figures printed with black ink that will hold the green light under the light ultraviolet;
i) on the bottom left of the main image there is a serial number with an asymmetric form consisting of 3 (three) letters and 6 (six) figures printed with red ink that will win yellow in the ultraviolet light;
j) to the right of the main image below the serial number is a rectoverso that if it is explained to the light will be seen the Bank of Indonesia logo intact;
k) on the bottom right of the main image there is a nominal number " 100000"with a horizontal direction;
l) on the top left of the main image there is a nominal number of "100000" in a vertical direction and a green background;
m) on the left of the main image below the serial number there is a green rectangle field;
n) on the right of the main image below the nominal number "100000" there is the inscription "PERUM PRINTING MONEY RI IMP." and the print year number;
o) there is a text called "BANKINDONESIA" or "BI" and can only be read with the help of a magnifying glass at:
1) the middle left edge of a particular pattern with a different color;
2) to the left of the main image-shaped particular pattern with a different color; and
3) the middle right edge of a particular pattern with different colors;
p) at the top and bottom of the water sign there is a mini text (minitext) with the text "BANKINDONESIA" in orange and a particular pattern with different text sizes that can be read without the help of a magnifying glass;
c. Money paper materials have specifications as follows:
1. Made of cotton fiber;
2. Long size 151 mm and 65 mm wide;
3. The pink color;
4. It does not fade under ultraviolet light;
5. The water signature of the National Hero W.R. Soepratman and electrotype is the Indonesian Bank logo and a particular ornament; and
6. The web-shaped safety thread containing the "BI 100000" text is repetitive and read whole or partially cut.
Section 6
The money price of Rupiah special paper as referred to in Article 1paragraph (2) is set by the Bank of Indonesia.
Section 7
(1) The Rupiah currency roundup of special paper as referred to in Article 1 to the public is done through the sale directly by the Bank of Indonesia or other parties appointed by the Bank of Indonesia.
(2) The Rupiah currency roundup of special paper as referred to in paragraph (1) is carried out at the price as referred to in Article 6.
(3) In certain circumstances, the Bank of Indonesia can conduct the auction sale at the highest offer price of the price as referred to in Article 6.
(4) Certain circumstances as referred to in paragraph (3) among others include:
a. prime sales;
B. if there is an overrequest; or
c. for the purpose of social fundraising.
(5) The performance of the sale lelangs as referred to in paragraph (3) is carried out by the Bank of Indonesia or pihaklain designated by the Bank of Indonesia.
Pasal8
(1) Special paper Rupiah as referred to in Article 1 may be used as a valid payment tool in the territory of the Indonesian Republic of Indonesia.
(2) In haluang Rupiah the special paper is used as a payment tool as it is referred to in verse (1) then each sheet (bilyet) is worth the nominal value.
Pasal9
(1) In terms of the Rupiah money special paper as referred to in Article 1 in broken conditions then it can be requested reimbursed to Bank Indonesia.
(2) The replacement as referred to in verse (1) is given in Rupiah's money instead of the Rupiah banknotes of k husus.
(3) The change in question (1) is calculated on the basis of the size of each sheet (bilyet) by reference to the applicable provisions.
Pasal10
The Rupiah money special paper as referred to in Article 1 goes into effect, issued, and circulated on August 17, 2014.
Pasal11
The Bank of Indonesia's rules came into effect on the date of the promulctest.
