4. The provisions of Article 13 of the paragraph (2) are deleted and the paragraph (3) is amended, so that Article 13 reads as follows:

Article 13

(1) Based on the request as referred to in Section 11, the field examination is conducted to verify the truth documents submitted.

(2) Remored.

(3) The Minister publishes the approval or rejection of the longest Reclamation Site Reclamation Site (twenty) days of work since the full acceptance of the application.

(4) The form and format of the Location Permit Reclamation as referred to in paragraph (3) as set forth in Appendix I is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

5. The provisions of Section 14 are amended, so that Article 14 reads as follows:

Section 14

(1) the Government, local government, and any person to have the Reclaimed Implementation Permit as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1) letter b, must be submitted an application to the Minister accompanied by administrative requirements and technical requirements.

(2) The administrative requirements as referred to in paragraph (1) for:

a. The government and local governments are in charge of an activity in charge of activities.

b. Individual persons are:

1. activity in charge of activities;

2. KTP photocopy; and

3. NPWP photocopy.

c. legal entity is:

1. activity in charge of activities;

2. photocopy acte the founding of the company by showing the original;

3. SIUP photocopy; and

4. NPWP photocopy.

(3) The technical requirements as referred to in paragraph (1) are:

a. photocopy of Reclamation Location Permission;

b. photocopy of the Environment permit for the location of the reclamation issued by authorized agencies/agencies;

c. the reclaimed location master plan which lists the coastal border allocation in accordance with the rules of invitees;

d. feasibility study;

e. Reclamation document design documents are equipped with construction calculations and drawings, and infrastructure plans;

f. Reclamation method and schedule of Reclamation implementation;

g. Proof of ownership and/or possession of land if the location of the reclamation is contiled with the mainland;

h. a letter of statement of misrepresentation to preserve and ensure the sustainability of the life and the livelihood of the community;

i. a letter between the applicant and the Material Supplier Party that is legalized by a Notary equipped with a copy of the Regional Mining License and the Application of the Environmental Permit for the location of the material source issued by the authorized agency/agency;

j. Recommendation of the Governor if it includes cross-county/city area which contains considerations of location conformance with RZWP-3-K and/or RTRW provinces, districts/cities, coastal ecosystem conditions, public access, and the sustainability of life and the livelihood of the community after coordinated with the city ' s regent/regent; and

k. The recommendation of the city/or mayor in the district/city region which contains considerations of location conformity with the RZWP-3-K or RTRW provinces, districts/cities, coastal ecosystem conditions, public access, and sustainability of life and livelihood the public after being coordinated with the governor.

(4) The provisions of the preparation of the master plan, the feasibility study and the design of the reclamation detail as referred to in paragraph (2) the letter c, the letter d, and the letter e is further set by Decision of the Director General.

(5) Requests for recommendation as referred to in paragraph (1) are submitted by the governor or the regent/mayor to the Minister accompanied by the requirement:

a. Reclamation location and material source location of the governor, bupati/walikota;

b. The map of the site is reclaimed at a scale of 1: 1,000 and a material source location with a scale of 1: 10,000 with latitude coordinate system (longitude) and longitude (latitude) on map sheets; and

c. Reclamation planning proposal.

(6) Requests for recommendation as referred to in verse (2) are submitted by the governor or the regent/mayor to the Minister accompanied by the requirement:
