BAB IV

TATA CARA REPORTING GRATIFICATION

section 6

(1) The employee reports in writing the receipt of the gratification to the Corruption Eradication Commission through UPG.

(2) The reports referred to in paragraph (1) are delivered manually or through the web of the General Inspectorate by filling out the catification report form.

(3) The report as referred to in paragraph (2), the least contains:

c. Place and time of acceptance of the gratification;

(4) The report referred to in paragraph (3) is mandatory with evidence and supporting documents, among others in the form of a sample or photo.

Article 7

(1) The report of the gratification as referred to in Article 6 of the paragraph (3) and paragraph (4) must be recorded and performed a preliminary examination by UPG, covering a report of the gratification and its agility.

Article 8

(1) The preliminary examination results as referred to in Section 7 are compiled in the recapitulation of the gratification report.

Section 10

Article 11

Article 14
