Article 18

d. 4 (four) to 5 (five) years for a four degree diploma program and a bachelor program;

e. 1 (one) to 2 (two) years for the profession program after completing a bachelor program or diploma four;

For Hosting activities as referred to in Section 100, Library and Documentation units has the following tasks:

a. provide library service services for lecturers, educated participants, employees, and communities;

b. carry out documentation;

c. manage books and visual audio, develop mandatory books needs or references referring to the curriculum needs;

d. developing a data-based book management system (data base);

e. Administration of library activities and documentation;

f. apply for repair or procurement requirements for library and library infrastructure and documentation;

h. make periodic quality control reports periodically every 3 (three) months into a unit of quality management systems.

Laboratory and Workspace Unit

Section 102

Management Information Systems Unit

Section 105

To perform the duties as referred to in Section 104, the Management Information Systems Unit has the following task:

a. propose an STIP Management information system development plan;

b. coordinate information systems and STIP databases;

c. manage databases of STIP Management Information Systems;

d. implement the Maintenance and Care of Server, database, Network Systems, LAN and STIP Internet;

e. controls the database database, Intranet and Internet Network Systems, LAN and Hotspot;

f. Apply for inventory and identification and build plan needs, maintenance and development of software (software) i.e. basic computers, network computers;

g. reported the entire Management Information System activity to STIP Chairman;

h. evaluate the entire activities of the Management Information System;

Article 124

Paragraph 2

Tata Cara Selection and Associate Speaker

Section 125

(1) Candidate of the Chair of STIP Chairman, was proposed by the Chairman of the STIP after it received the Senate STIP consideration.

(2) The Chairperson of the Chair is appointed and dismissed by the Chief of the Agency on behalf of the Minister.

Section 127

The candidate for the Chair of the Chair must meet the following requirements:

Paragraph 4

Termination of STIP Chairman and Associate Chair

The STIP Chairman may be terminated if:

Article 130

Rights and Obliges of Educants

Section 166

(1) The educated participant has the right:

a. using academic freedom responsively to prosecute and review the science in accordance with the norms and the prevailing norms in the STIP environment;

b. obtaining teaching as well as interest, talent, passion and ability;

c. obtain service in the administrative and academic fields;

d. utilize the STIP facility in the framework of the learning process;

e. got guidance from the lecturer in charge of the study program he followed as well as his study;

f. obtaining information services related to the study program which he attended in completing his studies;

g. obtaining welfare services in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the law;

h. utilize STIP resources through representation or an organizational organization to take care and manage the welfare, interest and community of life; and

(2) educated participants have an obligation:

a. comply with all applicable regulations or provisions of STIP;

e. Uphold the national and national culture of mind; and

f. participate in the expense of the hosting of education, except for the taruna who is exempt from such obligations under the provisions of the laws.

The Organization and Student Organization

Section 167

(1) The STIP organization and student association is the spacecraft and the means of development of self-improvement in the direction of the expansion of insights and improvement and Indonesia's personality integrity.

BAB XIII

COOPERATION

Article 170

(1) In order to improve the implementation of the academic activities STIP may be in cooperation with the college and other institutions both at home and abroad.

(2) Work is as referred to in verse (1), based on the asas of each other. benefiting and mutual respect as well as not interfering with the principal tasks or essential tasks of STIP other.

(3) The cooperation as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2), can be shaped:

a. exchange lecturers and cadets in organizing academic activities;

b. utilization alongside resources in carrying out academic activities;

c. marine work practice or internship;

d. publishing with scientific work;

e. hosting with seminars or other scientific activities;

f. Submit suggestions on academic activities and other matters relevant to the STIP Senate, and STIP Chairman; and

c. advise the chairman of STIP regarding the proposal of the Head Lektor, the Lektor Chief of the Emirate, the Great Teacher, the Great Teachers Emiritus, Doctor Honoris Causa and other awards.

Dana from Government

Article 177

The funds originating from the Government are held in an integrated way with the management of funds obtained by STIP in accordance with regulatory provisions invite invitation.

Loan and Hibah

Article 178

(1) The loan is the funds obtained from the party outside the STIP and becomes an STIP obligation to pay back, both with and without interest.

(2) The loan or credit of an outside party STIP may be a source of funds to finance activities or procurement of STIP assets.

(3) The Chairman of STIP on behalf of STIP, may receive a loan or credit from an outside STIP party after receiving Head of the Agency's approval.
