DECIDES:

SET: REGULATION THE FINANCE MINISTER ON THE IMPOSITION OF CUSTOMS DUTIES ON THE IMPORT OF CANAI LANTAIAN PRODUCTS FROM IRON OR STEEL IS NOT ALLOYS.

Article 1

(1) Against the import of lantaian canai products from iron or steel instead of alloys, it is worn by Customs Action.

(2) The import product is a lantaian canai product of iron or steel instead of alloys as intended in verse (1) is a lantaian canai product of iron or steel instead of alloys, with a width of 600 mm (six hundred millimeters) or more, blistered or coated with an aluminium-zinc alloy, containing carbon less than 0.6% (zero comma six perhundred) according to the its weight, with a thickness of up to 0.7 mm (zero comma seven millimeters) that is included in Post Fare ex 7210,61.11.00.

Section 2

Customs Enforcement Act as referred to in Section 1 is imposed for 3 (three) years with the following terms:

Article 3

The Customs Enforcement Act as referred to in Article 1 is imposed against the importation of all countries, except against the lantaian canai products of iron or steel instead of alloys produced from the countries are as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Minister Rule.

Article 4

(1) The introduction of the Safekeeping Act as referred to in Article 1 is:

A. additional common import duties (Most Favored Nation); or

b. additional import duties based on the applicable international goods trade agreement schemes, in terms of import done from countries included in the international goods trade agreement scheme and meet the provisions in international goods trade agreement schemes.

(2) In terms of provisions in the scheme of international goods trade agreements are not met, the imposition of the Customs Action on the importation of the Countries included in

The international goods trade agreement scheme as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b is the most common import duties (Most Favored Nation).

Section 5

Against the import of lantaian canai products from iron or steel instead of alloys derived from countries excluded from the imposition of Security Measures as referred to in Section 3 and the countries that have trade cooperation with Indonesia as referred to in Article 4 paragraph (1) of the letter b, the importer is obliged to submit the Letter of Origin Letter (Certificate of Origin).

Section 6

Conditions on the imposition of the Customs Enforcement tariff as referred to in Section 2 is fully applicable to the import of goods that import customs notice documents mean got the registration number from the Office Customs port admission since the effective date of this Minister Regulation.

Article 7

This Minister 's Regulation is valid for 3 (three) years from the effective date of this Minister' s Regulation.
