THE VILLAGE MINISTER, THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AREA LEFT BEHIND, AND THE TRANSMIGRATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: A. The President and the Minister of the Cabinet of the Cabinet of the Working Cabinet 2014-2019 and the Presidential Regulation No. 12 of 2015 on the Ministry of the Village, Village Development, Regional Development Trailing, and Transmigration, need to establish the logo of the Ministry of Village, Village Development, Living Regional Development, and Transmigration;

b. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Minister of the Village, the Development of the Local Area, and

8. Ministry of Village, Regional Development, and Transmigration Number 6 of 2015 on the Organization and Works of Ministry of the Village, Regional Development, and Transmigration (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia in 2015 No. 463);

DECIDED:

STIPULATING: VILLAGE MINISTER REGULATION, TRAILING AREA DEVELOPMENT, AND TRANSMIGRATION ABOUT VILLAGE MINISTRY LOGO, TRAILING AREA DEVELOPMENT, AND TRANSMIGRATION.

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister, the logo is a lambing or symbol consisting of images and writings that are the official identity of the Ministry of the Village, the Development of the Area of residence, and Transmigration.

Section 2

The use of the logo as referred to in Article 1 aims for:

a. strengthen the vision and mission of Nawacita and Nawakerja;

b. Unifying the determination, spirit, soul, copyright and carsa of all employees in the environment of the Ministry of Village, Regional Development, and Transmigration;

c. enhancing the image, prestige and public trust of the Ministry of the Village, the Ministry of the Village, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of the Interior, Development of trailing regions, and Transmigration; and

d. encourage improvement of employee performance objectives.

Section 3

The logo as referred to in Article 1 contains a particular image and the text of the Ministry of the Village, Development of the Living Area, and the Transmigration that is circled as set forth In this Minister's Regulation Appendix.

Article 4

The Ministry of the Ministry of the Village, Development of the Living Region, and Transmigration as referred to in Article 1 have blue, green and red colors.

Article 5

The Ministry ' s Logo Village, Development of Lived Areas, and Transmigration shaped flower-shaped forms representing

The optimism that is ready to work and develops in building Indonesia and means the following:

a. the shape of the hand sustains, as the base of the earth ' s buffer (Village) of color birurepresents the professionalism, trust, and strength;

b. four layers of bumi/lahan/undakan/asasplate typical green-colored countryside symbolized the color of the earth, nature, and the countryside (village) as well as symbolized development; and

c. infrastructure of the building (home) with the roof forming an arrow up as the direction of progress and optimism, as well as the spirit bottom-up "Village Building".

Section 6

Forms, colors, and comparison Logo size of the Ministry of Village, Development of the Living Regions, and Transmigration as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Minister's Regulation.

Section 7

(1) The Ministry of Village, Regional Development, and Transmigration are required to:

a. Service script header;

b. service stamp;

c. Service envelope;

d. stopmap;

e. office name board;

f. Employee ID card;

g. Employee pin and tag employee pin card;

h. state owned goods label;

i. Official website of the Ministry of Village, Regional Development, and Transmigration;

j. Education and Training Certificates Expire and certificates;

k. The Menteri/Pedoman/Petguides Rule;

l. vehicle parking mark card;

m. calendar;

n. blocknote;

o. leaflet;

p. backdrop;

q. plaque; and

r. other official documents/items published by the Ministry of Village, Regional Development, and Transmigration.

(2) The Logo of the Ministry of the Village, Development of the Home Region, and Transmigration can be used:

a. office building;

b. The name card of the employee/employee;

c. pin;

d. Employee tag chain;

e. Employee pickup vehicle;

f. pulpen;

g. clothes;

h. hat;

i. handbag;

j. banner;

k. a press release;

l. rotary banner;

m. light box;

n. posters; and

o. videos tron.

(3) The use and placement of the Village Ministry Logo, the Development of the Living Area, and the Transmigration on the service manuscript, service stamp, and service envelope as referred to in paragraph (1) letter a, letter b, and c are set more In Minister of Village, Regional Development, and Transmigration of the Ministry of the Ministry of the Village, Regional Development, and Transmigration.

(4) The use of pin identifiers as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter g accompanied by a pin ID card.
