REGULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S EDUCATION AND CULTURE MINISTER

NUMBER 16 IN 2015 ABOUT

ORGANIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERMENT

EDUCATORS AND EDUCATION POWER

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that as a follow-up to the organisation the organization of the Ministry of Education and Culture needs to be conducted for organizing the organization and the work of the Centre for Development and Empowerment Of Educators and Educators;

b. that the structuring of the organization and the work of the Centre for Development and Empowerment Of Educators and Education has obtained the approval of the Minister of State of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms based on the letter Number B/1907/M. PAN-RB/06/2015;

c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, necessary to establish the Minister for Education and Culture on the Organization and the Working Center for the Development and Empowerment Of Educators and Education;

3. Government Regulation No. 19 of 2005 on the National Standards of Education as amended last with Government Regulation No. 13 of 2015 (State Gazette Indonesia Year 2015 Number 45);

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER EDUCATION AND CULTURE

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE GOVERNANCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERMENT OF EDUCATORS AND THE WORKFORCE OF EDUCATION.

CHAPTER I

Article 1 (1) Educators Development And Empowerment and Power

The next education in this regulation is called PPPPTK

is the technical managing unit of the Ministry of Education and Culture in the field of development and empowerment of educators and educationist who is under and responsible to the Director General of Teachers and Education Power.

(2) PPPPTK is led by the Head. Article 2

PPPPTK has the task of carrying out the development and empowerment of educators and education personnel in accordance with their field.

Section 3 In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, the PPPPTK organizes functions: a. Drafting of the development and empowerment program of educators and

education power; b. data management and information improvement information of educators and

education workforce; c. facilitation and implementation of increased pedagogical competence and

education power; d. implementation of cooperation in the areas of development and empowerment

educators and educationist; e. evaluation of the program and the facilitation of increased pedagogical competence and

of the education workforce; and f. The administration of PPPPTK administration.

CHAPTER II OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Article 4 PPPPTK in the Ministry of Education and Culture environment includes: a. PPPPTK Language; b. PPPPTK Physical Education and Counseling Guidance; c. PPPPTK Business and Tourism; d. PPPPTK Educational Citizenship and Social Sciences; e. PPPPTK Math; f. PPPPTK agriculture; g. PPPPTK Natural Science; h. PPPPTK Arts and Culture; i. PPPPTK Field Engineering and Industrial Engineering; j. PPPPTK Automotive and Elektronica; k. PPPPTK Field of Building and Electricity; and l. PPPPTK Playground Kindergarten and Extraordinary Education.

Article 5 PPPPTK consists of: a. Chief; b. General Part;

c. Program and Information Systems; d. Competency Specific Functional Position Group.

General Section 6 has the task of carrying out planning, program, budgeting, employment, administration, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, PR, and PPPPTK crowd-level.

Section 7 In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 6, the General Section organizes the function: a. execution of program planning and budgeting plans

PPPPTK; b. The conduct of entrepreneurship, the public relations, and the swarming of the company; c. the execution of the affairs of the past and the employment; and the d. the implementation of financial affairs.

Article 8 (1) of the General Section on PPPPTK as referred to in Article 4

the letter a to the letter k consists of: a. Planning and budgeting subsections; b. Subsections of Tata Business and Stairs; and c. Subsections Layout and Workforce.

(2) The Planning and budgeting Subsection as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter of a has the task of conducting the preparation of the program and budget plan, as well as the financing, the treasury, and the evaluation of the execution of programs and budgets.

(3) Subsections of Tata Effort and Household as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b has the task of conducting the affairs of the contemplation, the library, the library, the public, and the property of the country.

Article 10 of the Program and Information has the task of carrying out the drafting and Program development, cooperation between agencies and data management and competency information and education personnel.

Section 11 In performing the duties as referred to in Section 10, the Program and the Program's Information function: a. Drafting of the program for improvement of the education and workforce competence

education; b. developing model-model improvement model educator and

education workforce; c. implementation of interagency cooperation in the field of development and

enablement of educators and education; d. Data management and data management of educators and personnel

education; and e. evaluation of the program improvement program of educators and power

education. Section 12

The Program and Information fields consist of: a. Program Section; and b. Data and Information Section.

Section 13 (1) of the Program Section has the task of drafting the program,

program evaluation, interagency cooperation, and development model-model improvement model of educator and education workforce.

(2) The Data and Information Section is subject to the collection, processing and presentation of data and educational information of educators and education personnel.

Section 14 of the Competency Improvement field has the task of performing Facilitation and execution, and evaluation of increased competencies of educators and power Education.

Section 15 In performing the tasks referred to in Section 14, the Competency Improvement Competency field is a function: a. the facilitation and implementation of increased pedagogical competence and

of the workforce of education; and b. evaluation of implementation of the improvement of educators ' competence and power

education.

section 16 of the Competency Improvement Facilitate Competencies are made up: a. Staging area; and b. Evaluation Section.

Article 17 (1) The Hosting Section has the task of conducting the preparation

facilitation and execution of the increased pedagogical and educational competence.

(2) The Evaluation Section has the task of conducting the investigation evaluation and drafting of the implementation report for the improvement of the competency and education workforce.

Article 18 (1) The functional office group as referred to in Section 5

CHAPTER IV NOMENCLATURE, TASK FIELD, AND LOCATION

Section 20 Nomenclature, the field of duty, and the location of the PPPPTK as referred to in Section 4 are listed in Appendix I that is not be separated from this Minister ' s Regulation.

CHAPTER V TATA WORKOUTS

Article 21 In carrying out tasks and functions as referred to in Section 2 and Section 3, PPPPTK is coordinating with: a. Directorate General of Teacher and Power Education; b. Directorate General of Primary and Secondary Education; c. Directorate General of Child Education Early Age and Education

Society; d. Body of Research and Development; e. Provincial and municipal government/township governments; f. The National Board of Accredited Schools/Madrasah (BAN-S/M); g. technical executor unit that handles educational quality tamer;

and h. other related organization units in and outside the Ministry

Education and Culture. Article 22

In carrying out the duties and functions as referred to in Section 2 and Section 3, the PPPPTK must compose: a. a business map of the process that describes a working relationship that

is effective and efficient between working units in the PPPPTK environment; and b. analysis of posts, post-office maps, workload analysis, and task descriptions

against all positions in the PPPPTK environment. Article 23

Each work unit assists the Head of PPPPTK in carrying out tasks in the field of their respective duties.

Article 24 Each work unit leader and functional office group in carrying out its duties is mandatory: a. implement the coordination, integration and synchronization principles as well as the work

equally in both internal and external environments of PPPPTK; b. carry out performance accountability; and c. report activities that are their answer to

superiors in person. Section 25

Each work unit leader in the PPPPTK environment is responsible for leading and coordinating its subordinates and providing guidance and guidance for the execution of subordinate duties.

Article 26 Any work unit leader is required Supervising their respective subordinates and in the event of an aberration to take the necessary steps in accordance with the provisions of the laws

Section 27 Each work unit is required to follow and comply with the directions, be responsible to their respective superiors and submit reports on a timely basis in accordance with the rules of the law. It's

Article 29 In carrying out its duties every work unit leader is assisted by the head of the work unit below and in order to provide guidance to the respective subordinates to hold a periodic meeting.

Article 30 (1) In carrying out tasks and functions, the Head of PPPPTK is mandatory

submit a report to the Director General of Teachers and Workforce with Busan to the leadership of a functional unit of the organization that is functionally related to the PPPPTK.

(2) The head of PPPPTK delivers the results of the development and empowerment of educators and the power of education to the provincial government and the county/city government.

CHAPTER VI OF OTHER PROVISIONS

Article 31 The details of the work unit task as the definitions of duties and functions in the Ministerial Regulation are further set out in the Ordinance of the Minister of Education and Culture.

Article 32 Bagan organization PPPPTK as listed in Annex II and Annex III are integral parts of the Regulation of this Minister.

BAB VII TRANSITION provisions

Article 33 At the time of the Minister's Ordinance came into effect: a. all duties and functions as the implementation of the Ministerial Regulation

Education and Culture Number 41 Year 2012 on the Organization and Tata Workforce Development and Empowerment Educators and the Education Power still remain. To the end of the task adjustment and function according to this Minister's Regulation; and

b. All the officials who held my office continued to carry out their duties and functions until the appointment of a new official under this Minister's Ordinance.

BAB VIII CLOSING provisions

Article 34 At the time the Minister's Ordinance came into effect, The 2012 Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation on the Organization and the Center for Development and Empowerment Educators and Empowerment Education was repealed and declared not to be valid.

Article 35 of organizational and governance changes work set in the Regulation of this Minister is set by the Minister of Education and Culture after having received written approval from the minister who organized government affairs in the area of the country's apparatus.

Article 36 of the Minister's Ordinance came into effect on the promulgable date.
