NUMBER 6 OF 2015 ON
Kearsipan Guidelines And Classification Code With The Grace Of God' s Omnipotent National Nuclear Power Agency,
Weigh: a. that to increase the hosting of the National Nuclear Power Agency needs to be done with the alignment, and the refinement of the classification code;
b. that the National Nuclear Power Agency ' s Chief Regulation Number 230 /KA/XII/2012 on the Tata Kearsipan Guidelines and the Classification Code at the National Nuclear Power Agency is already not in compliance with the development, so it needs to be replaced;
c. that is based on The consideration as referred to in the letter a and letter b, it needs to establish the National Nuclear Power Agency's Chief Regulation on the Kearsipan Guidelines and the Classification Code;

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF THE NATIONAL NUCLEAR POWER AGENCY
ABOUT THE KEARSIPAN GUIDELINES AND THE CODE CLASSIFICATION.
Section 1
(1) The Kearsipan Guidelines and Classification Code is a reference in the management of the workunit for the entire Working Unit.
(2) The Kearsipan Guidelines and Classification Code as referred to in paragraph (1) are listed in Appendix I is an inseparable part of this Regulation.

Article 2 This guideline aims for:
a. obtaining the equivalent of understanding, language and interpretation in BATAN in order to improve the management of the kearsipan;
b. guarantee the creation of an archive of activities performed;
c. warrant the availability of authentic and trusted archival files as valid evidence tool;
d. ensuring the safety and security of the archive as proof of liability;
e. Warrants that reliable archival management and archival use are in accordance with the provisions of the invite-invitation rules;
f. ensuring the safety of national assets; and g. improving the quality of public services in the management and
utilization of authentic and trusted archives. Section 3
(1) The archive grouping into a unit of discovery based on function/activities is performed using the Classification Code.
(2) The classification code as referred to in paragraph (1) is listed in Appendix II is the non-current section separate from this Regulation.
Article 4
The control and monitoring of the implementation of the Kearsipan Guidelines and the Classification Code is carried out by the General Bureau.
Article 5 At the time of the National Nuclear Power Agency ' s Regulation it begins apply, then the National Nuclear Power Agency ' s Chief Regulation Number 230 /KA/XII/2012 about The Tata Kearsipan guidelines and the Classification Code are repealed and declared no longer valid.
Article 6 of this Regulation begins to take effect on the date of the promulcment.
