DECIDED: Establishing: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY REGULATIONS ON

ENFORCING INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD OF FLOUR AS A FOOD INGREDIENT.

Article 2 (1) Imposed Flour Flour SNI is mandatory with the SNI number

3751:2009 and Post Tarif/HS Code number 1101.00.10.10. (2) The obligatory SNI Tepung Terigu as intended

in paragraph (1) is applied to: a. Wheat flour in packaging and/or bulk; and b. Flour-repackaged flour.

Article 3 of the Company that produces or imports the Terigu Tepung as referred to in Article 2 is required to apply SNI with: a. has SPPT-SNI Tepung Terigu; and b. provide an SNI mark on a wheat flour pack in the place

Section 4 (1) Of Igu Flour with the postal number of tarif/HS Code:

Section 6 (1) of the Company that produces or imports Flour Flour

apply for the SPPT-SNI publishing application to the LSPro which has been accredited to the scope of the SNI Tepung Terigu area and is appointed by the Minister.

(2) The application of SPPT-SNI as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed through a Type 5 or Type 1b certification system provided as follows: a. Type 5 certification system, National Standardization Guidelines,

SNI ISO/IEC 17067:2013 Assessment of Conformance-Fundamental Certification of Products and Product Certification Scheme, which includes: 1. Testing of the Quality of Flour Flour accordingly with

the provisions in the SNI as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1); and

2. audit the application of SMM SNI ISO 9001-2008 or any other food related management system recognized;

b. Type 1b certification system, namely the National Standardization Guidelines, SNI ISO/IEC 17067:2013 Assessment of Conformity-Fundamental Certification of Products and Product Certification Scheme with the testing of Flour Flour according to the SNI for: 1. country, quality conformance testing

Section 7 (1) SPPT-SNI Terigu published by LSPro as

referred to in Section 6 of the least paragraph contains information about: a. name and address of the applicant company; b. factory address; c. name of the handler; d. brand; e. name and address of the importer/representative company; f. SNI number and title; g. Flour-type; and h. Flour-size.

Article 9 (1) LSPro as referred to in Section 6 of the mandatory section reports

(5) In conducting oversight as referred to in paragraph (3), the Director General of Industrial Pembina can coordinate with related agencies, Provincial Services, and/or County/City Services.

(6) Head of BPPI carrying out coaching against LSPro and Test Laboratory in order of application of mandatory SNI Tepung Terigu.

Article 11 (1) Flour Flour results in the country:

a. which does not qualify as referred to in Article 2 and Article 3 is prohibited from circulating in the territory of the Republic of the Republic of Indonesia; and

b. which have been circulated and did not meet the provisions as referred to in Section 2 and Section 3 should be withdrawn from the circulation by the manufacturer of the wheat flour.

violates the provisions as referred to in Article 2 and Section 3 is imposed administrative sanction: a. written warning; b. administrative fines; c. temporary closure; d. freezing of industrial business permits; and/or e. The revocation of an industry business permit.

(2) The LSPro is in violation of the provisions as referred to in Section 7 of the paragraph (1) and Section 9 is imposed administrative sanction in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

(3) administrative sanctions as referred to in paragraph (2) are provided by the Head of the BPPI.

SPPT-SNI Flour Flour published under the Regulation of Minister of Industry Number 35 /M-IND/ PER/3/2011 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Flour Flour as a Compulsory Food Ingredient is declared to remain in effect until with the expiration of the term of SPPT-SNI Tepung Terigu.
