Article 3

To achieve the objectives as referred to in Section 2, the implementation of the periodic testing of motor vehicles must meet the requirements as follows:

BAB III

THE PERIODIC TESTING SCOPE

MOTOR VEHICLE

Article 4

Section 5

Motorized Vehicle Technical Check

Section 11

(1) Examination of motor vehicle technical requirements includes:

Article 16

Article 17

Third Part

Calibration of Test Equipment

Section 19

Fourth Section

Facilities Development and Testing Equipment

Motorized Vehicle

Section 22

(1) Construction of the facility and regular testing equipment of motorized vehicles is carried out by:

Article 23

Article 24

Further provisions concerning the construction of the facility and the motorized testing equipment are regulated by the rules of the Director General.

BAB VI

REINFORCEMENT WORKFORCE

Parts Section

Periodic Testing Of Motor Vehicles

Article 25

(1) The periodic test of motor vehicles must be performed by the examiner's competence in the field of testing. Motor vehicles are proven by certificates of competence and competency certificates. Tester technical qualification mark.

Article 27

(1) The certificate of the competency and technical qualification mark of the motor vehicle examiner as referred to in section 25 of the paragraph (1) may be revoked if:

a. conducting testing does not match the competency owned;

b. not to wear technical qualification marks testers at the time of running the test task;

c. do unlaudable things, which can defile the authority, the apparatus and/or harm the agency and/or the public in the implementation of the its job;

d. Intentionally and not for the reason for the avoidance of activities which, according to the task, must be followed by the examiner's power;

e. Perform test duties deviate from the provisions of the applicable laws;

f. Intentionally impair the testing equipment and other facilities;

g. was not assigned any more on the field of work related to the testing of the motor vehicle;

Article 15

(3) The Accreditation as referred to in paragraph (1) is valid at least 2 (two) years and may be extended after meeting the requirements according to terms.

Section 38

(1) For conduct an accreditation against a Motorized Vehicle's Periodical Test Unit as referred to in Article 37 of the paragraph (2), the Director General can form the Assessor Team.

A. Compiling the assessment form for the operating system.

b. Set up guidelines on how to perform the assessment of motor vehicle periodic testing units;

c. conduct assessment of the fulfilment of the motor vehicle periodic testing unit requirements;

d. prepare for accreditation of the motor vehicle periodic testing unit.

e. deliver the results of the assessment and provide advice or input to the Director General regarding the granting of accreditation.

Section 39

Further provisions concerning the accreditation of the Motorized Vehicle Testing Unit are set up with Director General.

section 40

(1) The accreditation of the Motor Vehicle Periodic Test Executor Unit as referred to in Article 38 of the paragraph (1) may be revoked if:

a. conduct testing not in accordance with the accreditation given;

b. doing testing does not match the tester's competencies;

c. performing testing does not use test equipment;

d. doing testing is not compatible with the testing method;

e. not to make plans and reporting periodically to the General Directorate;

Article 41

a. A parking lot with a flat ground;

SECTION 45

Section 46

Seventh Section

Elimination of Regular Test Compulsory Vehicles

Section 63

(1) Regular test vehicles that do not perform periodic tests for 2 (two) years from the time of the periodic test expiration date, was removed from the list of mandatory regular test vehicles.

(3) The Board and/or The information media as referred to in paragraph (1) at least contains information about:

a. Motor vehicle layout and procedures are motor vehicle testing:

b. the magnitude of the test cost;

c. the charge of the testing of the periodic testing unit;

d. maximum limit of service time.

BAB XI

COACHING AND SUPERVISION

Section 76

Coaching and technical oversight of the implementation of these regulations is conducted by the Director General.

BAB XII

TRANSITIONAL provisions

Section 77

(1) At the time the Minister's Ordinance came into effect, the use of the existing test card and test marks were declared to be still in effect until expiration.

(2) In the case of the Motor Vehicle Periodic Test Unit does not meet the provisions as referred to in Section 40, then the Motorized Vehicle Periodic Test Unit is given the time to fulfill such provisions.

(3) In terms of verse (2) is not satisfied as of December 31, 2016, then the Test Executate Unit Motor vehicles are prohibited from executing motorized vehicle testing.

(4) In the case of the Motorized Test Vehicle's Regular Test Unit as referred to in paragraph (3) carried out the closure, the Director General can assign the execution of the test at the other Motorized Vehicle testing unit other that has met the requirements of both the Government and the Private.

THE CLOSING PROVISIONS

Article 78

At the time the Regulation of the Minister comes into effect, The decision of the Minister of Transportation Number KM.71 of 1993 on Testing of the Time Motor vehicle (sheet state of the Republic of Indonesia in 1993 No. 64, additional sheet of state of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3530), revoked and declared not in effect.

Article 79

The rules of this Minister begin to apply on the date Uninvited.
