e. that with respect to the letter c and the letter d above, it needs to rearrange the services of the Bandung Health Polytechnic General Services Board on the Ministry of Health previously set up in the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 185 /PMK.05/2011;

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ABOUT THE TARIFF
SERVICE OF THE GENERAL SERVICES OF THE BANDUNG HEALTH-HEALTH GENERAL SERVICES ON THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH.
Article 1 of the Tarif Service of the Public Service Board of Health Bandung on the Ministry of Health is in return for service services provided by the Bandung Health Polytechnic General Services Agency in the Ministry of the Ministry of Health to the users of the service.
Section 2 of the Tarif service as referred to in Article 1, consists of:
a. New Student Acceptance Selection Rate; b. Academically and Academic;
c. Other Academic Fees; d. Clinic Rates;
e. Student Uniform Fare;
f. Laboratory Use Rates; and g. House Use Rate, Room and Dorm.
Article 3 of the Tarif Service of the Public Services Association of Public Health in the Ministry of Health as referred to in Section 2 of the letter a, the letter b, and the letter clisted in the Attachment are part inseparable from the Regulation of this Minister.
Article 4 Tariff Clinic Uniform Tariff Rate Student and Tarif Building Use Room and Asrama as referred to in Article 2 of the letter d up to the letter g set by the decision of the Director of the Public Services Board of the Public Health of Bandung on Ministry of Health.
Pasal5
The clinic ' s Tarif referred to in Article 2 of the letter d takes into account the units of the cost of medical materials, medical tools, and/or health power.

Section 6 of Student Uniform Rates as referred to in Article 2 of the letter e takes into account the cost unit derived from the price of the materials/cloth used.
Article 7
The Laboratory Use Tarif as referred to in Section 2 of the letter f taking into account the cost units derived from testing materials/sample testing, laboratory tools, and/or expert instructor/power assistance.
Section 8
Tarif Building Use, Room and Asramaas referred to in Article 2 of the letter g is the use in order to carry out the principal tasks and function.
Article 9
(1) The Bandung Health Polytechnic General Services Board on the Ministry of Health may provide service services in the fields of education, research, and devotion to the public based on the needs of the user side services through a cooperation contract.
(2) The services of the services in the field of research education and services as referred to in paragraph (1) are specified under a contract of cooperation between the Director of the Bandung Polytechnic Service Board on the Ministry of Health with the service user party.
Article 10 (1) of the Agency The Bandung Health Polytechnic General Services in
The Ministry of Health can do KerjaSamaOperational (KSO) with other parties to increase the services of education, research, and devotion to the public.
(2) Tarifservices The kSO with the same party as referred to in paragraph (1) is not based on cooperation between the General Service Director of the Public Health Ministry Bandung at the Ministry of Health with other parties.
Article 11
(1) Against the student certain can be given the service rate up to 0% (zero percent) of the Academic Service Rate as referred to in Article 2 of the letter b.
(2) Certain students as referred to in paragraph (1) consist of:

a. Model student; b. Students of national or international achievement;
c. Students from a poor family; and/or d. Disaster victim student.
(3) Service rates grant up to 0% (zero percent) as referred to in paragraph (1) executed by considering the financial condition of the Bandung Health Polytechnic General Services Agency in the Ministry of Health.
(4) Further provisions on the criteria and methods of the designation of service rates to certain students as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are governed by the Director of the Bandung Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health.
Article 12 of the Agreement/cooperation between the General Services Board of Health Bandung to the Ministry of Health with service users prior to the enactment of this Minister's Regulation, is stated to remain in effect until the end of the agreement/cooperation.
Article 13 At the time the Minister ' s Ordinance came into effect, the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 185 /PMK.05/ 2011 on the Tarif Service of the Public Health Politecnik Services of Bandung on the Ministry of Health, revoked and declared not applicable.
