(2) The KSO service Tarif with other parties as referred to in paragraph (1) is set in a cooperation contract between the Rector of the Public Service Agency of the University of March at the Ministry of Research Technology, and Higher Education with other parties.
Article 15
(1) Against certain students may be given a service rate up to 0% (zero percent) of the Tarif UKT Diploma and Bachelor Program as referred to in Article 3 of the letter B.
(2) Certain students as referred to in paragraph (1) among others consist of:
a. example student;
b. student of national or international achievement;
c. students from poor families; and/or
d. students of the disaster victims.
(3) The giving of service rates up to 0% (zero percent) as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised by considering the financial condition of the General Services Board of the University of March 11 on the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education.
(4) The provisions of the criteria and methods of the designation of service rates to certain students as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are governed by the Rector of the Public Service Agency of the University of March 11 at Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education.
Article 16
The minister's rules are in effect on the date of the invitation.

Section 2
The service tarif as referred to in Article 1, consists of:
a. The Academic Service Rate; and
b. Academic Support Services Fare.

The Academic Service rate as referred to in Article 2 of the letter, consists of:
a. New Student Reception Rate;
b. Single Tuition Fees (UKT) Diploma and Bachelor Programs;
c. The tariff of the Graduate Program; and
d. Another Academic Rate.

The Academic Allowance Service Rate as referred to in Article 2 of the letter b, consists of:
a. Tuition, Training, Guidance, and Consultancy Rate;
b. Printing Rate;
c. Clinic Rates;
d. Laboratory fare.
e. Use Means and Prasarana, Building, Hall, Auditorium, Wisma, and Land.
Section 5
Tarif New Student Reception, Graduate Program Tarif, and Other Academic Rates as referred to in Section 3 of the letter a, letter c, letter d, and the Rate of Education, Training, Guidance and Consultation as referred to in Article 4 of the letter a listed in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Minister's Regulation.
Section 6
Tarif UKT Diploma Program and Bachelor ' s as referred to in Article 3 of the letter b, following the provisions of the Minister Research, Technology and Higher Education that set about single tuition fees and single tuition at a public college in the environment of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education.
Article 7
The Academic Services Rate as referred to in Article 3 applies to students starting the class of 2014/2015.

Academic Service rates as referred to in Section 3 for students prior to the 2015-2015 force are set with the Decision of the Rector of the General Services Board of the University of March 11 on the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education.
The Academic Service Rate as referred to in paragraph (2) cannot be set to exceed the student rate of the 2014/2015 class.

Print rates, Clinic rates, Laboratory rates and Tariff Use Means and Prasarana, Building, Hall, Auditorium, Wisma, and Estate as referred to in Section 4 of the letter b to the letter e specified with Decision of the Rector of the Public Services Agency of the University of March 11 on the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education.
Article 9
The printing tariff as referred to in Article 4 of the letter b takes into account the cost unit consisting of from the used materials, printing tools and/or power.
Article 10
Tarif clinic as referred to in Section 4 of the letter c takes into account the cost unit of the medical, medical device, and/or health care unit.
Article 11
The Laboratory Tarif as referred to in Article 4 of the d letter takes into account unit cost derived from materials/samples testing, laboratory tools, and/or expert instructor/power assistance.
Section 12
Tariffs Use Means and Prasarana, Building, Hall, Auditorium, Wisma, and Land as referred to in Section 4 of the letter e is the use in order to carry out tasks staple and function.
Article 13
(1) The Public Services Agency of the University of March 11 on the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education may provide services services in the fields of education, research, and devotion to the community based on the needs of the service users through the cooperation contract.
(2) The services of the services in the field of education, research, and devotion to the community as referred to in paragraph (1) are set under a cooperation contract between the Rector of the Public Service Agency of the University of Eleven March on the Research Ministry,
