Article 78
(1) RKA was submitted by the Chairman to the Director General
in accordance with the provisions of the perinvite rule-
the invitation.
(2) In the case of Director General giving consideration
that resulted in a change and/or
improvement in RKA, the Chairman had to compile it in
the time as soon as possible since the Director's consideration

Article 79

obtain the approval of the Director General.

Article 80
(1) The Chairman has the budgeting authority

(1) The government provides funding for the implementation of

Article 89

legislation.

BAB XI
MEANS AND PRASARANA
Article 95

College.
(2) Sarana and the infrastructure for Tridharma

(3) Sarana and the prasarana as referred to in the paragraph
