SET: THE REGULATION OF THE CORRUPTION ERADICATION COMMISSION ON

CHANGES TO THE REGULATION OF THE ERADICATION COMMISSION

CORRUPTION NUMBER 02 OF 2014 ON THE GUIDELINES

REPORTING AND DESIGNATION OF GRATIFICATION STATUS.

Article I

Some provisions in the Regulation of Eradication Commission

Corruption Number 02 of 2014 on the Reporting Guidelines and

The Gratification Status Redemption, are changed as follows:

1. The provisions of Article 4 plus one letter, which reads

as follows:

Section 4

At the discretion of the KPK, the Gratification Report may not

follow up if the Gratification's acceptance:

Article 10

(1) The status of the Gratification status as referred to

3. Between Section 10 and Section 11 of the two (two) articles

Article 10B
